The staff were great. The location was awesome.

Loved everything.

Good friendly staff & comact room with good ameneties.

There was no free WIFI in the rooms, using wifi in the common area very uncomfortable as staff make you feel that you need to order something.bathrooms very small. no provision at the entrannce for bringing in heavy suitcases as there are only stairs.

Excellent front desk employee, really customer oriented, very efficient and friendly.

Inside the room we can hear the noise of the Niebuhr from the connected rooms and also the above rooms.

I made a reservation for a superior room and the receptionist explained to me that it was the same as the classic room which was cheaper on your site. She was unfriendly and almost negative about the fact that I got a good price thru your site. My friends which made a reservation directly got a much better room which was supposed to be in the same category.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic! It was immaculately clean, in a nice, quiet but convenient location. The staff were so helpful and friendly and staying at this hotel was one of the highlights of our trip. Highly reccommended.

The hotel is really very good: convinient location, nice room, treined and helpfull staff. The hotel has a very nice restaurant: food perfectly prepared and good breakfast, including charming details as a perfect creamy capuccino. The price is high, as most of the things in Switzerland! But, besides that, I strongly recomend!

το ξενοδοχείο ήταν αρκετό φιλικό και κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης. το δωμάτιο ήταν ευρύχωρο. επίσης είχαμε τη δυνατότητα για free internet στο lobby του ξενοδοχείου, αρκετά σημαντικό για επαγγελματίες αλλά και για εκδρομείς.

το μπάνιο του δωματίου μας ήταν πάρα πολύ μικρό και άβολο.

Sorry, mais la chambre offerte était d'un confort inhabitué et inconnu chez les autres Shraton que je connais; donc mauvais.

Hotel é simplesmente fantástico. Excelente localização, os funcionários gentis, simpáticos. O hotel é moderno, limpo, de muito bom gosto. Eu ficarei neste hotel em todas as vezes que passar por Zurique.

Weinig om van te genieten. Een zeer matig, overpriced restaurant.

Het hotel is drie jaar geleden gerenoveerd. Er is toen gekozen voor een 'groene' air conditioning. Dit betekent dat de lucht uit de airco niet kouder is dan 21 graden. Het gevolg: veel te warme lobby met losse airco units en ventilatoren, en hotelkamers die niet koeler te krijgen zijn dan 25 graden. Onacceptabel voor dit soort prijzen!
