Nice design, comfortable and quiet room with a view, excellent linen and duvets. All very clean. Good breakfast, friendly staff. The shuttle service to the lifts was very efficient.Perfect location.WOnderful terrace and a nice breakfast room.

The spa is very small. The bed was a bit hard. The faucet did not work, and was not properly repaired during my stay. Even if if is a very nice hotel, it is too expensive for what you get, at least in high season

Small friendly and modern hotel in very convenient location for skiers.

There is a popular disco in the ground floor of same small building so if your idea of a hotel stay is to sleep between midnight and 3am then this hotel is not for you.

The staff at the hotel were amazing and the shuttle was wonderful and always punctual. Overall the service here is, in my opinion, the main reason to stay here. The hotel's design and rooms are also very nice.

The staff were excellent.Marine and Alexandra in reception excelled.They made our trip.I hope they are there forever.

The lighting in the rooms is not great but sufficed.

The staff are very friendly and willing to do anything to help. The design is modern but is focused on 'form vs function'. No power plugs close to Desk/ working station as example. There is Spa, of sorts, no relaxation area after sauna and only one shower for area. Beds and bed linen are comfortable but towels are ancient and need to be replaced Wifi everywhere for free Bar area

In addition to the above : 1. They need to fix the front door 2. They need to people who can help with luggage on arrival. No one wants to do this. 3. Breakfast was chaotic, on occasions all tables were left uncleared and the buffet breakfast was decimated occasionally with no replenishment plan This is a good 3 star hotel which aspires be a good 4 star but does not know how to get there.

I could hear the music from the club below the hotel in my 3rd floor room and was asked to 'put up with it!'

The staff were excellent! Very friendly and informative. The hotel experience was great and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to other travellers. However, Verbier isn't my favourite place in the Alps. It's difficult to get to, somewhat unfriendly and leaves you with a less than favourable opinion, unfortunately.

I wouldn't have changed a thing.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Great place for participants of the Grand Raid (mtb race from Verbier to Grimentz): 100m from the starting line, safe bike storage, breakfast at 4:30am already, etc. --> perfect!

Loved the design of the hotel, and the rooms are spacious, funky and functional. Ski shuttle was a fabulous treat - door-to-door service - and the hotel staff was lovely: friendly, attentive, helpful and very accommodating. Even managed to sneak in a late-ish meal in the wonderful restaurant (thanks to a quick call to the kitchen when I checked in) - one thing not to be missed: Irish coffee to die for! Was so busy enjoying the sunshine and snow that I had no time for the spa facilities - but will certainly make use of them next time! Great hotel, great service - it was hard to go back to normal life!

The location was perfect. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was great. The ambience was as described and very upscale. The cozy size of the Inn made for a very intimate and inviting stay. The assistance in picking other restaurants in the area was right on target. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a beautiful room with a very large balcony. Unfortanely the view was somewhat blocked by a trampoline with harnesses. Too bad. Also some chairs on the balcony outside would be nice since the view is spectacular.

1) Kuljetukset rinteeseen ja takaisin hotelille toimivat esimerkillisesti. 2) Huoneiden siivous päivittäin sekä laskettuvälineiden säilytystiloja. 3) Hotellin yleisistä tiloista.

1) Käsittämätöntä, että 4 tähden hotellin alakerrassa on yökerho torstaista-sunnuntaihin joka soittaa livemusiikkia kello 05.00 aamuun asti. Musiikki soi niin kovaa, ettei normaalinukkuminen ole mahdollista, mietimme jossakin kohtaa jopa hotellin vaihtamista melun takia. 2) Hotellista puuttunee kokonaan asianmukainen ilmanvaihto, ainakaan meidän huoneessa sitä ei ollut ja tästä johtuen märkätilojen käytön jälkeen koko huone oli höyryssä. Tuuletus mahdollisuudeksi jäi ikkunan avaaminen. Huoneemme sijaitsi pohjoispuolella ja viereinen hotellin sijaitsi välittömässä läheisyydessä ja tästä johtuen verhot tuli pitää kiinni oleskellessa huoneessa välttyäkseen akvaario fiilikseltä. 3) Vaikka huone sijaitsi kolmannessa kerroksessa jäi siitä kellarimainen fiilis johtuen kosteudesta ja huoneen pimeydestä. 4) Puolelta päiviltä, hotellin terassille paistaa aurinko, tästä huolimatta koko hotellissa ei ole minkäänlaista tarjoilua, ohjataan menemään viereiseen saman ryhmän hotelliin.

Overlast door lawaai aan voorkant hotel a.g.v. nachtclub. Warmte in het hotel, net als in bijna elk wintersporthotel.

Kamers waren netjes, ontbijt was voldoende.

Het hotel ligt pal aan een luidruchtige doorgaande weg, wij zijn voortijdig weggegaan, een derde slapeloze nacht zagen we niet zitten. Op het balkon was geen zitje aanwezig.

Compte tenu de la saison nous avons bénéficiez de tarifs extrement favorable.

La situation géographique... Le petit déjeuner correct... L'amabilité du personnel

Il est inadmissible qu'un hôtel 4 étoiles (normes suisses sans doute plus cool!!) ose proposer des salle de bains taille d'un mouchoir de poche...attention au pieds...tout est honteusement exiguë...heureusement très propre! Aucun mobilier sur le balcon, même pas une chaise de jardin en plastique...c'est vrai qu'avec le bruit de la circulation en pleine journée, on n'a pas envie d'y rester...mais dommage car paysage fabuleux! réception sympa, ascenseur équipé de leds futuristes...voilà d’où viennent sans doute les 4 étoiles... sur la route principale, toute la circulation entrant dans la station passe devant l'hôtel...je n'ose imaginer quand la discothèque du rez de chaussée fonctionne...enfin déjà les bars environnants sont très bruyants... enfin , heureusement nous avons bénéficié des offres fin d'été...sinon, au tarif normal, c'est carrément honteux!

Bar & restaurant gesloten (omwv te weinig klanten??), doch genoeg aanbod in korte omgeving - Nevaï-Discotheek juist aan ingang, die gelukkig gesloten was tijdens ons verblijf. Daarom, vraag een kamer langs de achterkant !!
