This hotel is located close to the Sarine river next to the historic district, 1000 ft from the main train station. It offers rooms with flat-screen TVs, fine cuisine and an underground garage. Amazing view, generally very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast buffet. Thank god for the fan - but aircon would have been nice - was very very hot the first night. Staff was generally ok - but there was one guy who was very unfriendly when I tried to pay one cash and by card - luckily someone senior took over and sorted it with a much more helpful attitude!

The receptionist called a taxi (Réunis ABC SA) to bring me from Fribourt to Neuenegg. The driver was probably never outside from Fribourg he went to Biel and somehow back to Neueneegg all via country roads asking people from the road where to drive. This trip took 2 hours 20 minutes (08.05 - 10.25h) through this bad luck I missed more then half of a very important business meeting. This is an incredible bad service and a shame for Switzerland, I can not find any excuse for such an incident!!!!!!!!!

Apesar de estar bem no alto do hotel, conseguia-se ouvir todo o barulho existente na rua, o que foi uma grande chatice pois ninguem consegui dormir nada.Foi uma noite em branco!

O servico no balcao é muito incompetente, tive que esperar uma hora e meia para poder pagar o quarto. E o pior de tudo é que tanto eu como a minha esposa, nao conseguimos dormir nada durante a noite! Toda a noite se houvia pessoas a berrar, descutir, tudo isto por causa de uma casa de alterne que la existe ao lado!

O acesso ao parque do hotel é muito longe apesar ser por baixo do hotel, mas tem que se dar quase meia volta à cidade. Durante a noite havia muito barulho e ninguem conseguia dormir, isto porque se situa ao lado do hotel uma discoteca ou uma casa de alterne!

Situación perfecta a pocos minutos de la estación de tren y desde donde todo esta a pocos minutos andando. La habitación muy amplia y sobre todo muy acogedora. Hotel recomendable al 100%. Volvere

Персонал очень недружелюбный. В комнате было очень холодно. Сантехника была грязная и не соответствовала уровню отеля. И вообще цена была очень завышена, я бы за такой отель заплатила бы только половину из того что заплатила.

Viel Platz im Zimmer. Schönes, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Wasserkocher im Zimmer. Sehr gute Bettenqualität. Seitlicher Eingang nicht gerade einladend. Keine Waschlappen, nur Handtücher. Teppiche wirkten etwas schmuddelig. Was mich eher erstaunt,dass man im 9. Stock die Fenster öffnen kann.

Die Zimmer in den oberen Stockwerken haben eine schöne Aussicht zur Stadt oder in die Berge. Zimmer und Bäder sind modernisiert. Der Hoteleingang über die Nebentüre ebenso wie die Hotellobby wirken nicht sehr einladend.

Fernseher am Zimmer wurde auch nach meiner zweimaligen Meldung nicht repariert oder ersetzt. Im minibar habe ich eine angebrochene Packung trockenfleisch entdeckt und diese wurde auch nach zweimalige Anfrage nicht entfernt.
