Convenient to station Cable TV not working across whole hotel. Electronic door key stopped working. Reception printer not working (for receipt). |

Very friedly and helpful staff at reception. Excellent room. Large and comfortable beds. Large room. Excellent facilties within room. Breakfast best I had during my 6 night trip of Switzerland, Italy and France. Superb hotel. Couldn`t beleiev I was getting so much for the price. Well situated in centre of town. Near to church, shops and train station. Excellent base to explore other parts of Switzerland. |

Location to downtown. Large airy room with big windows. Nice breakfast buffet with excellent cheeses In this fancy a hotel, air conditioning would be nice. Also difficult to get bucket of ice. Parking was confusing. |

Great location - next to Fribourg Centre, train station, city center and old town. Great breakfast. Good/friendly staff to help you. The room was small and space was limited (what do you expect though in EU) |

Bien situado y muy limpio hicimos un cambio de día, y no nos informaron que había un cambio de tarifa, por dormir un lunes en vez de un domingo, nos cobraron el doble... SIN AVISAR. |

Die Hilfsbereitschaft und die Auskünfte der MitarbeiterInnen waren außergewöhnlich gut. Der Krach aus der Bar in Parterre des Gebäudes war doch auf der dorhin zugewandten Seite sehr laut und dauerte bis tief in die Nacht |

Eigenlijk niets. Het ging zelfs zover dat bij het parkeren van de auto tijdens het inladen van de koffers bij vertrek een parkeerbon werd gegeven, ondanks geel briefje van hotel. Het hotelpersoneel gaf vervolgens aan dat we pech hadden, hier kon niets aan worden gedaan, ondanks het feit dat wij alleen de koffers boven haalden. Een extra kinderbed was bovendien niet voor handen, Het hotel maakte een verwaarloosde indruk, absoluut niet geschikt voor kinderen. Het personeel was bijzonder onvriendelijk, De kamers zagen er oud uit. Bij het ontbijt bijna geen personeel aanwezig. De medewerkers van de hotelbar waren ronduit onvriendelijk en verstonden geen Engels of Duits. Voor personen met kinderen, zodra de tv werd aangezet kwam je bijna direct op sex-sites. Geen airco. |
