NH Geneva Airport Hotel ligger tæt på både Genève Lufthavn og kongrescentret Palexpo. Der er gratis lufthavnstransport samt en hurtig forbindelse med sporvogn til kongrescentret. Samtlige værelser har mørkt trægulv, senge med 33 cm tykke madrasser, aircondition, trådløs internetadgang samt kaffe- og tefaciliteter. NH Geneva Airport Hotels wellness- og fitnesscenter ligger på 4. sal og indbyder gæsterne til både at slappe af og træne. På Restaurant Pavillon og i baren B4 serveres der udsøgte schweiziske og internationale retter samt et bredt udvalg af drinks. Der er nem adgang til FN-bygningen på få minutter i bil eller med offentlig transport. Jardin Alpin-parkens grønne områder ligger blot et par skridt fra hotellet. Genèves bymidte og Genève-søen kan nås med sporvogn på 10 minutter. Hotelværelser: 190, Hotelkæde: NH Hoteles.

The room was good and very clean. The staff was professional, but not nice. The very reason why I chose this hotel is because it was supposed to be very easy to get to the airport from it. My flight was at 6:10am and the shuttle service provided by the hotel only started at 6:30, so I could not use it and I had to pay a taxi to the airport that cost me over 20 Euros.

The room was pleasant We were totally unhappy with our stay. We chose the hotel for airport convenience and had nothing but trouble. The shuttle to the hotel was a disaster -- understaffed and chaos. Then the restaurant was also a disaster. Kitchen was backed up 30-45 minutes and was totally overpriced. Food was acceptable. For convenience hotel this is bad. then they warned us that the shuttle might be full first thing in the morning and we should take a cab. That's was the last straw since the reason we chose the hotel was for this shuttle convenience. The only saving grace for our stay was the night desk manager discounted our room which in the end covered the cost of the taxi. Unfortunately I didn't get her name but she did the right thing.

Convenient location and good service. Room was quite small but for the one night that I stayed--it was fine. In room internet service worked without a problem--very good/important. Restaurant was quite good--service, food, and wine list. No complaints. I'd stay again. Nothing. All was fine.

Although i had selected a single room, in the room there were two seperate beds which are moving all the time and not staple to the floor. The room was smelling.

You Have no lighted sign on this building. We drove past 3 times before we found you. The staff was ok but not warm and friendly I thought you were in the air port! I would not recommend you! Thanks .

Your staff and reception persons were extremly kind and helpful! Even the maintenance staff! Spacious, clean and elegant rooms. I I most appreciate the promotion wich allow me stay there. Thank you! I didn't like the fact you had no free internet acces in the room. You can work on your wireless :)

I always stay at the nh Geneva when I have to take a plane early the next day or when I arrive late. Its very clean and convenient and has tea and coffee and an iron in the room. I dont know why you have to call reception to close and open the window but not a big thing to deal with.

very clean and friendly staff. The rooms are so well looked after and very comfy beds especially after a hard day at work They can do something about the breakfast, very expensive for what is available on offer, also the food offered on the menu is very expensive for a hotel of that status. Dinner for two and drinks will set you back over £120

The quietness of the room although so close to the airport.the shuttle bus to and from the airport.Nice appointed room. The restaurant and bar and the friendliness of the staff all over the place.We will definitely use this hotel if we need to sleep close to the airport for a flight.

free shuttle to airport, free internet I am used to staying at various NH Hotels across Europe and must say that this NH hotel does NOT meet the standard NH design, comfort and user experience as other NH Hotels in Europe.This hotel needs a full re-design, looks old fashioned, depressive and not very clean. It is too expensive for the comfort & experience offered. Breakfast is too expensive (30 CH !?)

It's near to the airport - but quite in the middle of nowhere. Room fairly big. Breakfast with good choice. It's an unpersonal and average chain hotel - and for that the price is out of scale.

The bed was fine Bathroom was horrible kind of falling apart. Houskeeping has to point more attention while cleaning bathroom as well. Shower door did not close properly so there was a water on the floor. No bathrobes, no shoes. The room was ok, but I will never stay there again.Staff in the morning horribly unfriendly :(

They provide free public transport cards during the stay.Staff were quiet generous. Shuttle service to airport every 20 minutes. Easy accesibility to airport is an advantage. I'd definitely recommend this hotel. Meals are quite expensive. Pretty expensive for midle class people.

The reception staff and the staff at the breakfast room were friendly. The advertisment that there is a garden/outdoor restaurant in the Hotel which was not the ase at all. This was the main reason why I choosed this Hotel. The bathroom was not at all how it was described int the advertisement. The price for the breakfast was too expensive (chf 30.--)
