To tell the truth, only the service at front desk for my check in. The water pressure was not enough to take a proper shower, the service at the bar was very slow and check out was very slow. |

closed to the airport the shower does not work propelery - staying in the hotel 10x per year and in different rooms the shower is not working properly. air system in the bathroom dirty. |

Room was quiet, clean and comfortable, ideal for a stopover between flights. Free shuttle from airport, although only running every 30min, was nice. Food very expensive so I purchased food at the airport before going to the Hotel. |

Te decor is nice, I didn't stay long enough to have breakfast. It is advertised as a airport hotel, but if you are taking a very early or late flight you will need a taxi. The staff seem to think that it is within walking distance of the airport and will advise you to do so, even though there is a motorway inbetween the two! My experience was not good because the last shuttle is advertised as 11:30pm, when in fact it stopped some time before 11:15. This led to an unpleasant search for a hotel that is not as close to the terminal as they would have you believe. |

Proximity to airport. Airport shuttle (driver was very helpful). Room was clean and ok size. A long way to Geneva and to restaurants. Not easy to find. Expensive to have in-room internet access. |

Very easy to find from the airport. Excellent access for areas around CERN and motorway network Aircraft noise is a problem as the hotel is located in an area at the end of the main runway |

Airport shuttle, cleanliness of rooms. Need map/written instructions of walking route to nearest bus stop. Also, room temps were very hot, even with ac. Sleeping was difficult, making the overall room experience unpleasant. |

I like the proximity to the airport and to the center, and getting a free bus pass. The staff was not very friendly. The female reception clerk did not smile once during check-out, and did not make me feel welcome. I have traveled all my life and have never encountered a front desk staff with less personality. |

Took me a while to find the hotel,some construction happen on the way and is some confusion reaching the hotel,but it worked fine. I stayed at first floor ,no ramp for descendig the steps. |
