I stayed in Junior suite which was a good size and very comfortable. Would reccommend this hotel, it is cheaper then others nearer the centre but transport is quick and efficient to town centre and air port.

In one word... Excellent

Just the location of the hotel. A bit detached from the city area. But it's Acceptable as have hotel's own transportation to the Airport also all visitors get a geneva travel card Free of cost.

It's proximity to the airport - very close

staff not too helpful - the A/C in one of my one hotel rooms did not work at all and they did not see why I wanted out of the room (temp was 28C that day in Geneve- it was hot in the West facing room); shuttle service staff not helpful at all - had to load and unload all my luggage by myself ( I had alot); dinner meal was expensive, poor service and food undercooked

The room simple design.

It's far from the center and middle of nowhere. Not a good location, except if you want to stay near the airport.
