NH Geneva Airport Hotel  

Hotel molto sporco e gestito male, personale scarsamente qualificato, polvere ovunque sopratutto sulle lampade vicino al letto. Inoltre alle ore 15 la camera non era ancora stata rifatta. Ho dovuto chiedere gli asciugamani puliti. E' tutto a pagamento il garage 15 Chf al giorno non esiste un parcheggio quindi si è costretti a pagarlo. La colazione 30 Chf a testa mi sembra esagerato. La connessione internet wi-fi 5 Chf per 30 min. Oppure 15 Chf per 3 ore. Posizione completamente scomodo da raggiungere.

La camera e il bagno erano buoni

Lo staff è stato non all'altezza. Non mi è stata rilasciata ricevuta perchè secondo loro doveva darmela booking. Non mi sono stati caricati I punti sulla mia carta fedeltà Nh nonostante ne avessi diritto. Non ho potuto valutare la colazione perchè costava 30 Franchi(24 euro)a persona. Era impossibile parcheggiare nei pressi se non a oltre 200 metri e in posti non sicuri e l'unico parcheggio dell'hotel era a pagamento e sul sito c'era scritto parcheggio disponibile.

nella doccia non funzionava bene la regolazione dell'acqua calda/fredda, prezzo eccessivo della prima colazione, mancanza di un parcheggio per sosta breve vicino all'ingresso dell'hotel, impossibilità di aprire la finestra della camera, lontano dal centro città

The room was pleasant

We were totally unhappy with our stay. We chose the hotel for airport convenience and had nothing but trouble. The shuttle to the hotel was a disaster -- understaffed and chaos. Then the restaurant was also a disaster. Kitchen was backed up 30-45 minutes and was totally overpriced. Food was acceptable. For convenience hotel this is bad. then they warned us that the shuttle might be full first thing in the morning and we should take a cab. That's was the last straw since the reason we chose the hotel was for this shuttle convenience. The only saving grace for our stay was the night desk manager discounted our room which in the end covered the cost of the taxi. Unfortunately I didn't get her name but she did the right thing.

old looks (halls, entrance), no wifi in the rooms, expensive for what it is

Nice staff, cleanness of the rooms, nice restaurant and bar and the location (close to the airport and shuttle service included)

Rather high prices but fair for Switzerland

You Have no lighted sign on this building. We drove past 3 times before we found you. The staff was ok but not warm and friendly I thought you were in the air port! I would not recommend you! Thanks .

I always stay at the nh Geneva when I have to take a plane early the next day or when I arrive late. Its very clean and convenient and has tea and coffee and an iron in the room.

I dont know why you have to call reception to close and open the window but not a big thing to deal with.

The hotel was convenient to the Airport and as a late arrival and early start met my expectations. I did not stay long enough to test the other facilities.

very clean and friendly staff. The rooms are so well looked after and very comfy beds especially after a hard day at work

They can do something about the breakfast, very expensive for what is available on offer, also the food offered on the menu is very expensive for a hotel of that status. Dinner for two and drinks will set you back over £120

free shuttle to airport, free internet

I am used to staying at various NH Hotels across Europe and must say that this NH hotel does NOT meet the standard NH design, comfort and user experience as other NH Hotels in Europe.This hotel needs a full re-design, looks old fashioned, depressive and not very clean. It is too expensive for the comfort & experience offered. Breakfast is too expensive (30 CH !?)
