The general comfort of the rooms and the close proximity to the airport with a reliable free shuttle service There was no light breakfast option other than the early bird breakfast. |

Very convenient to the airport, and free shuttle to the airport. The wireless is provided through Swisscom and for that reason it is expensive. Free wireless or wired room connections would be more appropriate. |

It had the best airport shuttle service I have used to date. Shuttle bus to and from airport was very convenient not only for catching flights but also for train connections into the city and other towns and cities. |

Excellent Airport Shuttle service. Close to grocery store. Room was too hot and too much traffic noise to open window. No alternative to duvets. Did not get requested wake-up call. |

I was looking for a hotel close to the airport to recover after an overnight flight. (I don't sleep much on the plane.) Room was spacious, clean and nicely furnished. I was able to check in a little early - before the official 3:00 PM. I booked at an economy rate, which meant excellent value for money, as this is more than an economy hotel. |

nearness to airport. Good shuttle service (also to airport train station which quickly brings you to Zuerich city. We've stayed there each time we are in Zuerich for the past 3 or 4 years and certainly intend to return. breakfast rates are ridiculously high (we skip it!). |

The flexibility for me to check in early and check out late. The toilet flush is leaking inside. Water tank water drip in the toilet bowl. |

We enjoyed the modern design of the hotel. It was very clean and well organized. It also had a nice restaurant that served very good food-although seemed a bit expensive compared to our holiday in Croatia. The shuttle to the airport was also very important to us. |

Providing baby bed for my son even though it was not mentioned earlier. Took a long time to wait in the queue to checkin. Check-in kiosks as in airports would be better for this hotel with such thin staff at the check-in counter. |
