the rooms were large and ver clean. The staff was excelant . When i forgot to bring a special item i needed they were able to provid it This is not a complaint but it would be nice to have wash cloths for the bathroom. Additionally it might help to have a grab bar in the shower. |

Overall our stay was pleasant. Our room was comfortable. Breakfast was great!!! They have two sections in the lobby floor that allows for smoking, this permeates to the rest of the hotel, even my room. Perhaps they should make it all non-smoking like in the USA! |

The Hotel has every amenity that a traveller may need. the staff is Amazing the room was very weird distributed. not very convenient |

Very comfortable hotel with a regular shuttle to the airport every 30 minutes. The room and bathroom are large. Breakfast was quite pricy, it was cheaper to have it at the airport. |

I liked the warm welcome and speedy service at check in and check out. The staff were very polite and the breakfast was delicious and the dining room comfortable. The bedroom was immaculate. |

they charge you an additional $45/nite if you want a coffee pot in your room. it's $9 for a small pot of coffee at the bar. no continental breakfast is served and it's $30 for the breakfast buffet. all these things wouldn't matter if the hotel wasn't an airport hotel with nothing else avaiable in the area |

great people (dest clerks, drivers , bartenders etc)shuttle was on time, checkin was swift and courteous needs an ice machine. ice available at the bar only and the bar closed at midnight.( it is possible that the desk clerk might have gotten it later had i asked however i picked up a glass earlier), no ice buckedt in the room , no coffee machine in the room |

The price was right, location to airport was perfect and the shuttle service was exactly what I needed. How would I classify this hotel? Great Business/Functional with very pleasant decor and amenities including toiletries, hair dryer,etc. Service with a smile all over the place. Helpful with directions, dinner locations. Would definitely stay here again without question. Nothing comes to mind. Remember I stayed at a location near the airport with that intention in mind. It was perfect. |

Proximity to airport & Great service in and prior to 2006 Some reception staff lack knowledge of product offering (What kind of rooms are where?). Breakfast is only available in a buffet style at CHF 30.00. Repulsive coersion. Add to this the demonstrated arrogance |
