NH Zürich Airport Hotel    

The location was convenient to the airport, and the hotel shuttle made it easy to get there and back. The staff was very helpful, and gave us great advice on the local area, as well as Zurich.

Charging around 5 chf for coffee at the reception in the early morning. Coffee should be free for travelers checking out before breakfast time starts.

difficult to find

as this hotel is close to airport on arrival i was expecting a lot of noise of flight but to our pleasure rooms were soundproof . easily accesible, you may take tram number 10 to gluttbrugg banhof station from zurich airport 10 minutes it take from air port . from tram station it is seven minute walk(about 500metre) to hotel which is easily accesible . for s train opfikon station is nearby . nice hotel for stay of family. buffet breakfast have good options.

in bathroom the house keeping did not change the empted bottled of shampoo and body lotion

The free bus service from and to airport was excellent abd really handfull for such expencive city!

I expected something more for a four star hotel! The room was quite small and bathroom too!

The restaurant was not very exciting - only 1 person to serve, I have always to ask questions to bring things for breakfast; one pillow was not enough. Could not find a second one.

Price of the Breakfast in the morning seemed a bit high.

The hotel only offers free transfers to the airport during peak hours and NOT during the middle of the day even thoughthe web page says that they do transfersall day.It is worth checking the transfers timetable. We had to take a taxi to the airport. Breakfast is not included in the standard rate

It isn't in an area you'd really want to visit - it's solely for people who want a cheaper option to the airport hotels. Would be good if WiFi was free in the rooms (it is free in the lobby).

Close to the airport, clean and spacious room, easy check-in/check-out, fast and frequent transfer to airport, friendly staff, inexpensive -- a good choice for overnight stay close to the airport.

Unfortunately a bath towel was missing. Rest ok. One night car parking chf 28.00 too expensive.

The water flow was very slow; I understand why the NH wants to this (only hotel we came across in our travels through CH).

Nothing, except for the friendly chamber maid who apologized in German for a poorly managed and over-priced accommodation.

Of several hotels reserved through Bookings this was the only disappointment. The room we checked in had a broken bath/shower fixture and the response to our complaint was slow and inadequatre. We were given another room with inferior accommodations without a reduction in rate. The dinner served in the restaurant was the worst we had in Europe and the service inattentive and rude. On the evening before our flight home from Zurich airport to the United States this was a poor and unnrecessarily expensive final stop on our four-week vacation. We should have stayed again at the more modest but efficiently managed and friendly Hotel Bristol in Zurich, where we stated for four nights at the beginning of our journey.

I had a late arrival and I needed a wired internet connection for late conf call. I ended up to talk to a very unfriendly male receptionist. Very bad experience and service. I was lucky to leave early, because there was a construction work just under my window. I paid for the room 250 chf (200 euros) and I think it was less than 100 euros value.

wifi access should be available free in the rooms, not just in the lobby.

Attention there is building going on right next to the hotel, very noisy and they start 07 h 00. poor quality of staff ( one could think you are in their way ) fulthy bathroom ( hair in wash basin and on floor) rooms in that category should only be sold between € 75,00 - 90,00

Staff extremely helpful and great service

Hotel confortable, y personal muy amable. Esta incluido wifi y estacionamiento. Tiene transporté gratuito desde/hacia el aeropuerto cada veinte minutos. La ubicación es buena si se busca estar cerca del aeropuerto. Igual tiene acceso en tren al centro que según el personal del hotel se tarda 15 minutos aunque hay sólo dos trenes por hora.

entgegen Angaben im Internet kein öffentlicher Parkraum, teure Hotelgarage wird in den Markt gedrückt und man behauptet, dass sie mit der gegenüberliegenden Garage preisgleich sei- diese kostet jedoch CHF 5/Nacht- Hotelgarage CHF 28!! Frühstücksservice je nach Publikum???
