The staff were extremely friendly and only too glad to answer any queries and were fluent in English. Our room was very comfortable and had plenty of space for 3 adults. The facilities were very good and I appreciated the convenience of a computer being available so I could stay in touch with home. |

Nice hotel in the center of Basel. We booked because of the location and the special offer, a reduced price. A great bonus were the free public transport tickets. price of the breakfast, no free wifi |

Everyone was extremely helpful - the apartment was spotless - the breakfast, although it may appear a little expensive, was excellent with huge choice, something for everyone. Location is not city centre but ideal for the railway station if you are travelling into Germany (as we were). Extremely easy to take a tram ride into the city centre. |

Good hotel, 15 min walking distance from centre, clean , friendly staff , good breakfast, facilities paying wi-fi internet- quite expensive , limited parking options or choose the hotel expensive one, hotel might gain more clients by offering decnt internet fees and free parking |

Only stayed one night so not much to like. Did like however, that on checkin, we'd had a very long drive from Italy and the Receptionist gave our daughter a bear. She was really grateful. He now sleeps in her bed with her. Had a room with a cot bed. In the room we where in there was not enough room to get between the two beds and you kept knocking your shins up on the metal bar everytime you walked passed. Would of loved a bath. However, the shower was good it's just i'm a bath person. |

A terrible noise caused by the cold drink machine which was staying just in a corridor nearby the room. We had to have breakfast in the centre of Basel(far away)because pets were not allowed in the restaurant in our hotel. |

We stayed in both an apartment (3 nights) and a double room (4th night) as the price for the apartment was much higher. The apartment was really good and the facilities much appreciated by our small family. 1. sofa bed very uncomfortable, you could feel the springs from the mattress. 2. The double room that was advertised as suitable for a family (it was supposed to have room for an extra bed) it was very small so with the extra bed we could hardly move in the room. 3. location not very nice |

Hotel was accessible and in the heart of the city. The hotel provided a free mobility ticket for travel on bus and trams. The kitchen utensils and replenishing tea/coffee facilities were a bit hit and miss. |

The price of the room is very economical and affordable that almost ever family could pay The restaurant is offering fair amount of different food and drinks but the hotel need to have more facilities to reach the optimum comfort in the hotel |

It is a best hotel during I travel in Europe with my family. It is near the railway station of Germany (Bad Bahnhof) and is easy for you to take morning train to go to Germany. If you want to take train go to other place of switzerland, usually you have to go to another railway (sbb) |
