almost everything! excellent hotel rooms at the front (streetside) are noisy..and the roomtemperature gets gets uncormfortable with closed windows because the airconditioning was not working. Location is 10 min from citycentre |

The staff was very friendly and gave us a lot of information about tram, buses, place ti visit. The hotel is very quiet and relaxing, the rooms are big and the bathroom is perfect. |

Clean room, good location, polite hotel staff. Room was a bit small and the windows were not isolating it very well from the noise outside. If you are not using the hotel parking it is not easy to find parking space in the street. |

I didn't like about the booking that you offered a room for Chf 195 instead of Chf 1400, and I find a very small room with only a douche, with rates written down in the brochure up to maximum Chf 800. I really think it is unfare to advertise like this!!!!!! And because it wasn't refundable I had to pay also for the second night although I had to leave. I will send this also to booking.com |

The hotel was fairly central and was good for families with young children. The staff were friendly and helpful. the street outside was noisy. breakfast was not included and was expensive |

Clean and comfortable rooms at a good price in a city that is not known for such good prices. Basel Hotels are generally clean and comfortable but not affordable for non-business travellers. The bar area was right by the main door, a little drafty. |

We had a great short stay in a lovely spacey room. The staff (Andreas) is very friendly and helpful (offering teddy-bears to our young boys and free bus-shuttle vouchers). Keep it up, this differentiates your hotel from the pack. |

I liked the lacation. I had easy access to the public transportation system. I went through a web search to find the hotel. It was selected due to the price and access to public transportation. I was traveling with a friend. |

Very convenient modern hotel with excellent services, spacious rooms and luxurious bathrooms, large parking spaces in the basement, wonderful breakfast buffet, very clean and kids friendly. The hotel's restaurant was rather expensive and the food was not worth it. Hotel stuff could not help us efficiently with directions to other restaurants, they sent us to places not opened (yet?) |
