The location of hotel was superb. It was located right next the tram stop. The staff was excellent & informative. They did not have power sockets adapters, which is strange for a hotel that serves international business people. |

I was looking for an hotel with a fitness facility but I have been told that the fitness facility was not available (renewal). It was a big disappointment because this was an important parameter for me to choose this hotel. |

Front desk staff was very helpful and inviting. The hotel is located right by the tram which makes it extremely accessible to get downtown or to the airport. |

the location is excellent.. the tram station just next to the hotel...the staffs are helpful...there are internet and Xbox for free of charge during the stay. breakfasts are not included |

We liked the comfy beds, really good after a long flight! The service at the front desk was excellent!! The rooms are quiet and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay in the room. It was really handy to both the city and airport due to the tram stopping right outside! Very very handy! Some of the service for the restaurant was a bit rough. Could have been due to the staff not being able to understand English very well, or they just are cold in nature. One woman who served us was excellent, I wish I could remember her name. She was very warm, welcoming and very helpful. The other restaurant staff came across as abrupt and cold. |

The room was clean. The temperature was very hot, the window hardly opened and the room felt like a sauna. The air conditioning did not work. No sleep mosty of the night. When I requested assistance I was answeredd that they can move me to another room but the situation was likely the same. |

Close to the train stop. 1) Fitness center was closed. 2) I picked up numerous bedbug bites from the sofa bed. This is unacceptable and disgusting. |

The tram stopping in front of hotel was a very good thing,mind you a ticket kosts about 6 chf one way and a day ticket 12,40 this is a 24 hour ticket!!!You can purchase it at the tramstop you need coins! .Hotel didnt have them the nh hotel has them at the reception The airco doesnt work it was about 26 degrees in the room the hall and the rest of the hotel was nice and cool the rooms were extreem hot and you could not adjust the airco Unlike the information given during my reservation process.We stayed in an other hotel before with the same problem,that's why we booked novotel because of the individual airco !haha that was a mistake no way you can adjust the airco! The people at the reception are arrogant had to ask 2 times for extra pillow 's and complaining about the airco didnt give any reaction at all! Opening a window is an option and than hearing and smelling smoking and laughing people at 03.00 am under your open window not talking about the plains flying over. |

Good location neaar to airport but also on the main tram line into the city Despite warm temperatues (25 degrees during the day), the hotels air conditioning had been turned off for the "winter" - this was in mid September, coupled with thick duvets and plastic undersheets, sleeping at night was very uncomfortable. No toiletries in room on first night. Breakfast average and expensive. |

The room and bath was quite nice. The hallways less nice and the lobby and other faciliities were nicely done. Primarily this is a convenient location for those who must be adjacent to the Zurich ariport. |

The hotel facilities Upon arrival they could not trace my reservation. I had to make a new one and now I have two payed bookings for the same date for my hotelroom. Reason was that the booking was made under my first name and family name and they only checked the familymane. |

Great hotel for travellers who need to be near airport (10 minutes on tram). Tram station at front door - 30 minutes to city.Well facilitated, clean room, modern bathroom with good water pressure. Free internet in room, cafe style dinner available, post office 2 minutes away. Staff multilingual and pleasantly helpful. |

Hotel was clean, staff was nice. Great location to the airport. Plumbing in the ceiling ran all night and I had a hard time getting any sleep. Loud sounds of running water carried on all night. I heard the couple in front of me checking out complaining of the same issue. |

Fast efficeint check-in/out. Helpful to change money Some confusion with getting tickets at Zurich ariport at the automatic machine for the tram (Hotel station is not listed!). Little sympathy from receptionist |
