Staff were helpful and courteous, accommodations were spacious and excellent, easy location to Train and Tram, food was very good, short drive to the airport, ample parking for a fee. Parking fee, very few sights and restaurants in walking distance.

It was very convenient for an airport stopover. The tram from the airport stops outside the door. The staff were welcoming. The hotel was comfortable. The breakfast was very good too. It would be nice to have larger towels.

Food was good but expensive. Bed sheets were cheap and uncomfortable. Room was too hot as air con was useless.

Easily reached from the airport . Very well appointed hotel with comfortable rooms, good restaurant and friendly and efficient staff. We were travelling from the uk to Singapore via Zurich and this provided the perfect stopover before the long flight. The room was a bit overheated and we could not adjust the temperature. The transfer to from and to the airport was a bit expensive for a family of five

Very friendly staff! Very close to the airport and easy access to the tram to the airport or downtown. Good food as well! The price was right we would definitely recommend it again. You have to pay for television.

1- metro is beside the hotel 2- near to airport less than 10 minutes by taxi 3-cleaning staff very friendly especially madam huwaida (egyptian) 4- free mini bar for tea & coffee 1- reception staff not friendly 2- reception staff Was requested deposit amount as 400 swiss frank regardless of the amount of the original hotel

The hotel is situated close to the airport...10 minute tram ride away. The rooms are well appointed and the staff was kind enough to place a baby cot in our room. The breakfast buffet served a good range. Good value for money. the reception staff gave us the wrong room access card at 10.30 PM during check-in. with multiple bags & a baby who was half asleep. It was a harrowing experience...we tried inserting the key multiple times before heading back to the reception, only to know that the lady at the counter had given us the wrong room number!

Top-notch facility close to the airport. Tram Nos. 10 and 12 right in front of the building -- five minutes to the airport or 30 minutes to the city. Very fine breakfast buffet, the best I think I've ever had in Europe. Culinary and cultural wasteland outside the door -- only found one restaurant and one market by foot. As with all things Swiss, not much value for the money -- moreover, I was initially charged approx. 25% more than expected which, however, was cheerfully refunded on my complaint. Was I not expected to notice? I do not understand this type of business practice in Switzerland -- seemed more what one would expect in Mexico in this regard!

Very close to transportation, right next to the 10 and 14 tram lines. 5-7 minutes to the airport. 25 minutes to Zurich HBF. Quiet. The staff was very professional.
