Albergo ordinato, camere belle e spaziose, ricezione organizzata e veloce, non ti fa per tempo. Camere dotate di ogni comfort. Il posteggio ha un costo di 20 chf, anche se ci si ferma solo per una notte.Non è nemmeno coperto |

La sua posizione e stratetigica il tram che porta la centro città e a tre metri dall'hotel, (anche se poi i mezzi svizzeri sono ben al di fuori dei mezzi italiani come prezzi) tutto il personale è impeccabile, gentile e premuroso Il Ristorante per il menu servito non e certo di un 4 stelle anche se la sala e ben arredatata e lo staff e semplicemente squisito |

Il prezzo favorevole durante il weekend, la comodità del bus navetta per l'aeroporto. La colazione molto abbondante. Al momento della partenza, mi è stata fatturata la colazione (che invece nella prenotazione risultava compresa). Spiegato il malinteso, mi è stato dedotto l'importo fatturato in più. A chi da fastidio il traffico aereo, dovrebbe forse scegliere un hotel lontano dall'aeroporto (l'hotel si trova a 4 km, quindi non si può pretendere il silenzio). Comunque le camere sono molto ben insonorizzate. |

Hotel & restaurant crew were very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Food in the hotel-restaurant was not too bad. Hotel security is great. Taxis are available immediately. No smokers rooms available. |

The location of hotel was superb. It was located right next the tram stop. The staff was excellent & informative. They did not have power sockets adapters, which is strange for a hotel that serves international business people. |

I was looking for an hotel with a fitness facility but I have been told that the fitness facility was not available (renewal). It was a big disappointment because this was an important parameter for me to choose this hotel. |

Front desk staff was very helpful and inviting. The hotel is located right by the tram which makes it extremely accessible to get downtown or to the airport. |

the location is excellent.. the tram station just next to the hotel...the staffs are helpful...there are internet and Xbox for free of charge during the stay. breakfasts are not included |

We liked the comfy beds, really good after a long flight! The service at the front desk was excellent!! The rooms are quiet and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay in the room. It was really handy to both the city and airport due to the tram stopping right outside! Very very handy! Some of the service for the restaurant was a bit rough. Could have been due to the staff not being able to understand English very well, or they just are cold in nature. One woman who served us was excellent, I wish I could remember her name. She was very warm, welcoming and very helpful. The other restaurant staff came across as abrupt and cold. |

The room was clean. The temperature was very hot, the window hardly opened and the room felt like a sauna. The air conditioning did not work. No sleep mosty of the night. When I requested assistance I was answeredd that they can move me to another room but the situation was likely the same. |
