Good chip hotel. Staff is very nice.

Lack of elevator.

Due to its location, very loud noise until 3 am on a Thursday night, even in a 3rd-floor hotel room.

Very little. The cleaning staff were ok. The wifi did work.

The bar staff had a lousy attitude and there was almost no service. The room was pokey and characterless. The Hotel is part of a bar and hence very noisy for most of the night. Cigarette smoke drifted up into the room, even with the windows closed. The price of the room was more than a 4 star excellent hotel in Germany. This is due to the high cost of living in Bern. Cannot recommend this hotel at all. This Hotel was supposed to be 3 star, but we would give it one.

Missing bathroom key in a four people room. (Ok it's detail, but we hane nothing else to complain, we complain on details. )

Good internet connection, bus from the station stopped outside fron door

Location - although it seemed to be the furthest hotel from the train station walking from the train station through the city gives you a great overview of downtown Bern. Very close to Bear Park and the river that winds around the town. Right across the street from the bus stop that takes you to the train station if you do not want to walk.

Very noisy - nights were the worst when there was much activity below my window- bar must of been open til 3 A.M. since that is when it went quiet. Room was clean and very compact, ceiling was coming away from the wall in one corner... Expensive for what you get but so is most of Switzerland, you have to be prepared to not have the comforts of North America. Be prepared to climb around a couple of flights of steep winding stairs - you need to be fit and not have a large heavy suitcase in tow.

Tidy and location is good. It has wifi, although it's not that fast.

The second staff was not willing to help. You have to cross the street to have breakfast if you want it before 8:00.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral inmitten der Berner Altstadt. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sehr sauber.

Da ich nur 1 Nacht bei Ihnen war habe ich keine Vergleichsmöglichkeiten

La situation en ville , près de la gare , du palais du parlement , de promenade le long de l'Aar , le coté intimiste et chaleureux voir familial : bar et ’hôtel . L"ambiance chaleureuse le soir au bar avec une bonne programmation musicale . La chambre mansardée au 4ième étage : spacieuse et claire

La connexion wifi qui n'est accessible qu'au rez de chaussée .

La posizione è la migliore che potessi sperare, è nel cuore della città vecchia a due passi dal parco degli orsi e da molti ristoranti. Dalle finestre si può godere di un piacevole scorcio della città

Il personale alla reception è limitato e si divide tra le richieste degli ospiti e gli avventori del bar dell'albergo. Sono comunque tutti molto gentili ed ospitali.
