The staff were very helpful. They had no record of our reservation through Booking.com when we arrived and, as the hotel was full, they arranged for us to stay at another (much more expensive) hotel across the road and paid for the difference in price. The room was newly decorated and very modern, light and clean. The hotel's location is excellent. The room was small and contained 2 single beds when we were expecting a double bed. There is no lift and the stairs up to the first and second floors are extremely steep and unsuitable for anyone who is not fit. However, the staff carried our luggage up when we asked. |

Central location, very Swiss and the bar was open late. Reception only opened at 8am and we have to check out before that and we hadn't been warned that it would only open at that time. Wider selection at breakfast would be good. |

zentral, trotzdem ruhig Zimmer in schlechtem Zustand (sollten mal wieder gestrichen werden etc.), sehr schlechte Betten (alte durchgelegene Matratzen), Schimmel im Bad. Direkt vor dem Fenster hat es Strassenlampen, die Fenster aber lassen sich nur mangelhaft verdunkeln, es ist also nachts ziemlich hell im Zimmer. |
