The location is incredible, the view of the mountains is breathtaking. There was no information about the sauna, jacuzzi, etc. The corridors and the room looked quite uncared for. It was very difficult to find the entrance and also later to find the staff when needed and mostly did not speak English. |

We were impresed by the owner's very pleasant attitude, cozy atmosphere, nice rooms, good restaurant. The location is also good. Limited parking area (but there are good alternatives). |

The hotel staff were not to be seen anywhere, nobody was there at the recption for most part of the day, if you need something you have to poke inside the restaurant kitchen. Also difficult for English speaking guests to stay here |

The family like approach was very pleasing and nothing was too much trouble. We received a genuine warm welcome each time we arrived (three seperate visits). |

Très bon accueil, très bonnes prestations Juste un détail, ne remettant pas en cause les points positifs de l'établissement: Pour le parking gratuit de l'hôtel, le nombre de place est inférieur au nombre de véhicules susceptibles d'y stationner! Une nuit, nous avons été obligés de prendre un parking payant à proximité car plus de place! |

Die Lage allgemein als Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Wanderungen und Besichtigungen ist recht gut. Zimmer und Bad sehr einfach eingerichtet, Bad renovierungsbedürftig. Handtücher im Bad stark abgenutzt und an den Rändern ausgefranst. Frühstück sehr einfach und bescheiden. |

Het hotel ligt gunstig t.o.v. de skilift, al is het eigen skigebied beperkt. Het ligt ook vlak bij de stop van de skibus naar Saas Grund en Saas Fee. Het restaurant is erg goed, we hebben er elke avond gegeten terwijl we normaal graag allerlei verschillende restaurants proberen. |

Gelegen bij het centrum van Saas Almagell. Barretjes en restaurants op loopafstand. Aardig personeel, goed ontbijt en een geweldige sauna, jacuzzi! |
