We like the Junior suite as it is cosy, clean and comfortable, even though we have four of us. It will be nice if hotel can provide basic facilities such as boiling pot, glasses, etc in the room (especially so for a suite). It will be perfect and complete. As per above, the basic facilities for hotel guest is boiling of water. |

Location is in easy reach by tram to central parts of Zürich, price is fair compared to other available hotels (though this city is not among the cheapest ones). |

The room was excellent, spacious and quite good value for the money. The breakfast (extra fee) was also excellent. Being so close to the tram was a real plus. |

The staff were helpful and tried to accommodate our requests. The breakfast selection was great for the price. And we found a parking spot right at the entrance of the hotel. The room was really tiny. The traffic noise (even with the windows tightly shut at night) was a bit annoying. |

The receptionist was friendly. The hotel is easily accessible and is close to the hub. The elevator was very tiny. For my husband and i and my toddler and the stroller to fit in the lift was a squeeze and we aren't big people. There is no ramp at the entrance to the lift so had to carry the stroller over 4-5 steps. The room 50 was a junior suite which we didnt have access to the kitchen facilities as there was an electrical fault- which means we could not access a fridge for the milk and yoghurt for my toddler. The receptionist then refused to give us a discount on our rate and said that we had not requested a room with the kitchen- but then found the booking and admitted that we had. So please make sure that the room you are getting has the use of the kitchen facilities |

Reception were most helpful the hotel is fine itself, but the noise from the traffic was a bit much for me. Bring ear plugs and you,ll be fine. |
