Hotel Opera  

I loved that it was one short block to the lake with a lovely walking path. You can walk to restaurants and the old city. It is in a beautiful neighborhood and very easy train ride to the airport. We loved the architecture and we had a delicious breakfast.

Couldnt fqult it but for an australian traveller it was quite expensive... Breakfast was 26 chf

Located right behind the opera house and close to many good restaurants abd bars.

Everything. The staff is particularly excellent.

Lobby

I did not like that the receptionist who worked in the evening could not answer questions that were asked. She should know the hotel much better! More than that Internet from the tv was in the list of services but it did not work.

Service

Bem localizado perto da cidade antiga e a uma quadra do lago. Quarto espaçoso, banho muito bom. Staff atencioso. Boas opçoes de refeiçoes por perto. Nao usamos cafe da manha do hotel. Perto ha' uma Starbucks.

Tudo dentro do esperado. Nada a reclamar. O preço e' elevado mas dentro dos padroes suiços.

Die Zimmer mit sehr guter Isolierung, Kühlschrank, Ausstattung etc. Frühstück war ok

mal réservé la chambre. pas de peignoir de bain.

Très proche de l'opéra, la chambre était très confortable et d'une propreté irreprochabe.

Accueil très chaleureux ! contact agréable avec tout le personnel. chambre très confortable, par contre salle de bains un peu petite.... Hôtel très bien situé, qui nous permets de nous déplacer à pieds en ville.
