Very helpful, knowledgeable staff. a/c was great especially since it was hot in Zurich. Great location. Spacious room (I upgraded)

Got the room on 5th floor with big terrasse overlooking Opera and Lake

Breakfast buffet - rather basic no great choices

The location of the hotel was perfect and it truly felt like we were in Switzerland rather than a generic hotel

The staff were very polite and helpful, and the quality of the breakfast was superb.

The lift was rather small.

Comfortable rooms, extremely helpful and pleasant staff, comfortable sitting room we could use after we checked out with tea and water (wish that had been at the airport with a three hour late flight). Generally a very good experience and stay.

Conveniently located close Lake Zurich with a scenic walk to the old town with its bars and restaurants.

We liked the restaurant associated with the hotel - it was very good. We liked our room, especially the view from the windows. The proximity to train and tram was good. It was centrally situated for sightseeing.

Nice convenient hotel in the heart of Zurich. They only have two public carparks available and we had one of them - even though it cost CHF20 for the night.

Expensive, but then Switzerland is expensive so you tend to get used to it.

It was very basic not more then that. My spesific room had a terrace with a view to the lake which was nice

I thought the price of chf 330 per night was too expensive for the overall level of the hotel (which was only basic+)

In fact I was "upgraded" on arrival to their sister hotel, the Ambassador. As I did not see my original room, I have no idea if I had a better room, but it had a small sitting area, desk and Nespresso machine, electrically controlled beds (hospital style!) and a good bathroom. It was soundproofed and quiet.

The carpet had seen better days. Buffet breakfast looked dreadful and hugely overpriced; there was nothing left by 9.45 even though breakfast was supposedly served until 10 or 10.30
