Beautifull location, very good new SPA, free Interner access, very good 1* Michelin restaurant. Hotel very old, need renewing, rooms are small, charging adapter payable, poor breakfast.

The people- concierge. Both Dan and other were very helpful, professional. Hotel was well located, beautiful and well maintained like 5 star. . Service over all was great ! Breakfast was too expensive with minimal flexibility for ala carte choices for lesser quantities.

Beautiful location, rooms with a view over the lake are stunning, and no road running along the back means no passing traffic noise. We had a junior suite, which was more than large enough, room was very well furnished, beds excellent, bathrooms large and very well equipped. Could not fault the cleanliness of the whole hotel, and the staff were very polite and extremely professional. We would most certainly stay here again. Nothing to complain about, excellent hotel.

The hotel staff was pleasant and very approachable. There was not a single moment when a staff member wasn't available to meet our needs. Very clean, elegant entrance, and gorgeous view from our suite. My financee and I got engaged at this beautiful hotel which made our occasion even more memorable.

Excellent location in the heart of Luzern. There was no air conditioning in our room. It was over 90 degrees. There was only a small fan. The one window had no screens so there was a problem with bugs. This is not what I would expect from a five star luxury hotel.

Actually it was the first time for me to be in Luzern,it's the best place for relaxation and enjoing the nice weather and the beautiful lake,the city is clean and breathtaking The location of the hotel is the best among others in addition to that the saloon with it's marble flooring and classical design with the played music is very romance

Staff friendly and helpful. Lovely room overlooking lake. Excellent although pricey breakfast. No free WiFi although business centre provided internet access we required. Usual very limited tv stations for English travellers.

Breaskfast is very good. Location is fine . Room was too old , has to be renovated . Smells bad . We were told that they started to renovate some rooms , furniture old , carpete , everything , does'nt mach with the sofisticate building and entrance. The money doe'sn worth .

El trato del personal fue esquisito. Es espacioso y tranquilo. El restaurante es excelente y el bar y terraza muy agradable. La terraza cierra muy temprano.

Die schöne Aussicht auf den See. Der Zimmerservice war sehr diskret aber perfekt. Die Zimmer sind ohne Geschmack eingerichtet. Sie sind zwar gross aber eigentlich leer. Ebenso sind die Zimmer nicht schallisoliert. Man hört jedes Wort vom Nachbarn. Ebenso im Badezimmer. Sehr schlechte Isolation.

La gentillesse du personnel. Le restaurant gastronomique "Jasper" était une pure merveille, avec une carte des vins époustouflante! La vue du lac depuis la suite était somptueuse. L'hôtel fait très classe. Impossible à faire fonctionner le tv Internet. Le technicien n'y arrivait pas non plus. Agaçant. Le service à la fin du repas au restaurant gastronomique était très, très lente.. Dommage, après un repas si merveilleux.

Uitstekende kamer en goede service. Culinair was het prima en het personeel vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Uiteraard was het oud en nieuw een speciale gelegeheid dus ik weet niet hoe het restaurant op gewone dagen serveert. De espa is normaal een erg goede Spa maar het strikt gescheiden houden van dames en heren is ongezellig. (daarom gingen we slechts heel kort). Ook de temperatuur van het stoombad te laag (op diverse dagen). Ik zou het hotel wel aanbevelen maar niet aan mensen die voor de Spa ervaring gaan

La qualité du service et du personnel est irréprochable. La situation géographique est idéale. La décoration a besoin d'être raffarichie. Le design des chambres n'est pas à la hauteur de la catégorie de l'hôtel. J'ai observé une tache sur le divan. J'ai déploré l'absence de produits typiques dans l petit-déjeuner-buffet. (pas assez de catégories de fromages par exemple).
