Personnel trés aimable, accueillant et serviable. Accès gratuit aux différentes installations. Les chambres ne sont pas nettoyées tous les jours et mal nettoyées! Il serait agréable de trouver au moins un savon dans la salle de bain. Les heures du petit déjeuner sont trop restreintes et le choix proposé est minimal, le service aussi!

Desayuno generoso. Piscina cubierta y pista de hielo (no patines) incluidos. Situado en un complejo deportivo (con piscinas, pista de hielo, polideportivo, etc.), hotel poco convencional recomendado para gente jóven.

Proximité des remontées mécaniques, diversité des activités après le ski. Le petit déjeuner est un peu succinc et on s'attendrait à avoir plus de choix que ce soit dans les jus, plat chaud (inexistant, ne fut-ce qu'un oeuf à la coque!), choix de pain.

Grosses Sportangebot im Haus, das man als Gast gratis nutzen darf. Frühstück ist nicht üppig aber ok. Personal ist sehr freundlich. Zimmer sind sehr ringhörig. Es waren gleichzeitig junge SportlerInnen anwesend und das war verbunden mit Lärm, Musik auch während der Nacht.

La possibilité dans le prix de la chambre d'avoir accès à la piscine. On comprend bien que les chambres sont faites pour accueillir des sportifs ou des congréssistes. Rien de négatif mais juste deux commentaires : Etroitesse du lit. Pour moi pas de problème mais les personnes avec un physique plus important que moi doivent se trouver à l'étroit. Pour les amateurs de TV le poste est un peu petit et éloigné pour bien suivre une émission ou un reportage.
