The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had several questions for the reception staff. Each question was answered pleasantly, knowledgeabley, and they offered advice and really went the extra mile for some of the services. One of my requests, they could have just answered, oh no thats not available, and I would have understood. But the young man phoned the department in the hotel, then his co worker, who was at home and then showed me where I could go, and when I could go. The next day his co workers were ready and eager to help me. When my daughter sprained her ankle the reception desk personnel, helped with making an appointment with the physiotherapist and the restuarant staff were generous with giving us ice to bring the swelling down. The restaurant staff was friendly every morning, and during the day and evening asking if they would see us the next morning. The facilities are very neat and clean. There are many varied activities available. The room was very spacious, lots of storage room, nice big bathroom

The only complaint I would have was that reception closes earlier than most places. I understand that you can not man the desk 24 hours, My daughter arrived late, so I had to wait in the lobby for several hours, because without a key she could not access the building, but I was allowed to wait there so it was just a bit of an inconvenience.

The staff was friendly and welcoming.

For the money the rooms were rather dull although they were cleaned well. Also, because we we skiing we did not use many of the facilities which certainly would have made it more cost effective for us.

Although very basic, the staff were incredibley accommodating, making our stay very comfortable. The location was excellent with a very easy walk to the cable car.

Zimmerservice hat das Zimmer nicht täglich gereinigt.

La chambre à 4 lits est simple mais très propre. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est excellent. La proximité avec le téléphérique est appréciable.

Il faisait un peu chaud et l'air était sec dans la chambre.

Sa situation centrale.

La chambre au rez-de-chaussée (impossible de laisser la fenêtre ouverte). Le mobiier un peu sommaire: double lit dont une partie à "tiroir".A part cela, le reste était correct et parfaitement propre.
