Wonderful position, fantastic view. Excellent evening meal, helpful staff, who listened and cooked as asked, ( poultry cooked properly, not running with blood!). Room was good and comfortable. Very good buffet breakfast. We arrived on Monday 6pm to find the door locked and an envelope stuck to it with our key. Letter in German which we cannot read, not helpful at all!!. Finally worked out how to get in and put lights on and found our room. Either someone should have been on duty to greet us and the other guests, or at least get the letter translated to the guests nationality. It turns out Monday is their day off and they regularly do this.Had we been older we might have had trouble getting luggage up very steep winding staircase. We worked out that they were recommending Restaurant just down the hill, this turned out to be a non English speaking transport type cafe, were we were made very welcome but the food was horrible. |

Vue exeptionnelle sur la chaîne de montagne due Säntis (comme le nom l'indique) depuis une chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. Acceuil personnel et chaleureux. Le tout à un tarif raisonnable pour cette prestation. Bref : tout ce qu'on aime. Choix un peux limité sur la carte du restaurant. |

Die lage ist ausserordentlich, leider war das Wetter lausig, Nebel, keine Aussicht, man konnte nur ahnen, wie schön die Umgebung, die Aussicht das Säntisgebirge wäre. Die Inneneinrichtung des Restaurant. |

Das Hotel war gepflegt und sauber. Alle waren sehr freundlich.Verköstigung war sehr gut. Die Umgebung wunderbar. Wenn es nicht so teuer wär, würden wir gerne mit unseren Familien bei ihnen Urlaub machen, aber eine Einladung würden wir gerne annehmen. |

solo il panorama. l'hotel non ha ascensore; le due stanze al 3° piano (la 11 e la 16) sono raggiungibili solo con una scala tipo imbarcazione; dificile portare su i bagagli, anche con il rischio di cadere. La colazione è insufficiente. |
