Good location, although not so easy to find. Comfortable room and great views. Short distance to Lugano. No safe box in the room. |

The view, especially from the terrace..Spacious rooms and good balcony. Nice pool area. Great if you like tennis. |

great indoor and outdoor pool, magnificent view, good coffee for breakfast rooms not soundproof, you can hear neighbours talking in rooms next door very well, but it was quiet after midnight |

Our rooms were clean and spacious, the staff was welcoming, food was delicious, view fantastic. Our only difficulty was in finding it. We probably would never have found it if some local good samaritans had not rescued us by having us follow them to the hotel. We did not realize it was actually outside of Lugano, but should have. Other than that, the hotel was beautiful and we wished we had more time to spend there. |

Spacious room and balcony with superb view on lake, city and mountains. Ability to check in later, contrary to indicated times. Ability for late check-out (extra payment option) in the afternoon, allowing for evening/night driving. Very professional and helpfull staff. Sadly the connected 'rotisserie' closes at 21:00 (but there is a great pizzeria closeby). Shower uses plastic curtains instead of solid cabin. |

Very nice quite area. Very clean. Beatiful view of the ocean. Grocery store across the hotel. We got water, beer, sandwitches and took to hotel Limited meal menue. Only buffett. If you dont like the menue, you are out of luck |

Accueil en français, belle chambre avec une décoration soignée, excellent petit déjeuner, l'espace bien-être (sauna, piscine, jacuzzi) Le seul point "négatif" : difficulté pour trouver l'hotel si l'on n'a pas de GPS |

Lugar hermoso. Hotel nuevo. Piscina y sauna. Desayuno muy completo. Restaurante cercano, del mismo hotel, que cierra tarde. Dosificadores de jabón en vez de pastillas. No toallas ni albornoz para la piscina. El de mayor coste de seis que hemos utilizado en nuestras vacaciones. |
