The food was amazing - so were the prices, but then you get what you pay for. Definitely not a budget hotel but worth the money. Certainly not cheap!

We liked every aspect about Parc des Eaux Vives, but the breakfast was not up to standard. Infact, the chef was late arriving and we had to wait for the hot breakfast. The breakfast.

Beautiful park setting and very small with only seven rooms. Did not try the restaurant but it is said to be excellent. A bit far from the center but still walkable and the bus goes by frequently and one is given a pass for it.

The hotel is beautifully located in the heart of the Eaux-Vives Park, with a stupendous view of the lake. A very beautiful 15 minute walk to downtown Geneva. The room was very confortable.

Voor ons was het een tussenstop bij terugkeer van ski-vakantie in Frankrijk zoadat we kerstavond niet in de auto zouden doorbrengen maar gezellig konden vieren in een mooie omgeving. Spijtig dat het kerstdiner nogal snel na mekaar werd opgediend en volgens ons schandalig dure prijzen voor de wijn !

Ligging van het hotel Het feit dat het 2 sterren Michelin restaurant al maanden geleden gesloten was wegens de crisis en wij daar niet van op de hoogte waren. Prijs-kwaliteit in de Brasserie niet in verhouding

прежде всего понравился парк в котором рассположен отлель, свежий воздух, вид на женевское озеро. персонал - вмеру вежлив и ненадоедлив especially liked the park which is located Hotlel, fresh air, overlooking Lake Geneva. Staff - polite and do not bother завтрак состоит только из закусок - совершенно без горячего (даже яиц) не подали, хотя наелись и тем что было (спасли мюсли). в целом о кухне можно сказать - не очень хорошо, съедобно, но не более. Breakfast consists of appetizers - absolutely no hot (even eggs) is not filed, but ate and the fact that it was (rescued muesli). The whole of the kitchen it is possible say - not very good, edible, but nothing more.

При бронировании через букинг до отеля не поступает номер бронирования, уже второй раз возникают расхождения по цене бронирования при выезде,у персонала нет информации о бронировании ,но деньги центральный офис снимает сразу хотя на букинге указано ,что стоимость не снимается !!!!!Номер предоставили другой ,а не тот который бронировали

Situation geographiqe et calme. Vue sur le lac Hotel totalement.deprecie par rapport au precedent rating de cinq etoiles. Accueil tres juste, pas de restaurant gastronomique et chambres sans charme. Tres decevant par rapport a l exploitation et au proprietaire precedents.

Hotel muito bom, confortável, com belíssimo jardim e linda vista para o lago Leman. Fica a 15 min a pé do centro comercial de Genebra, o que representa uma excelente oportunidade de caminhar na beira do lago, com seus canteiros floridos e muito verde.

Bijzonder leuke kamer ( suite gekregen terwijl slechts een double room geboekt was). Zeer verzord en gastronomisch eten. Uitzonderlijk duur, zelfs voor de ontvangen luxe. Indien ik enkel een double room had gekregen zou ik het exorbitant vinden. Bijna 500 SF per nacht en daarboven nog 32 SF per persoon moeten betalen voor ontbijt lijkt me van het goede teveel !!

прекрасное местоположение, эксклюзивный вид на женевское озеро, великолепная кухня на уровне "гурме" не очень высокий уровень сервиса, плохой вид на озеро из номеров сьют (лучше выбирать обычный номер с видом на озеро (окна больше)).

месторасположение персонал ужас! девушка на ресепшене вообще не ориентируется что делает, сумму за номер сняла больше чем была в резервации(после 30минут обьяснений вернула деньги) , договориться с ней на английском языке почти не возможно

el restaurante es muy bueno y tiene unas vistas preciosas al lago en una estancia de 3 dias nos ha tocado espera 3 veces mas de que 15 minutos esperando a que hubiese alguien en recepcion para llamar un taxi, dado que solo tienen una persona en recepcion y siempre esta fuera de recepcion atendiendo a otras necesidades del hotel.Despues de limpiar hemos encontrado la habitacion abierta porque se habian olvidado de cerrar.Las habitaciones son pequeñas y la atencion del personal muy mala, el hotel se nota muy dejado, aunque el restaurante y sus vistas son optimos

Nedostatečný počet personálu, ani není vrátný! Malá recepce. Primitivní zařízení. Zastaralý design pokoje a chodby. V žádném případě to není *****hotel!

“I have travelled with my wife ....Where to start .... Everything was great ... I have travel allot , I can say this one of the best . Staff are soooo friendly and helpful... Their welcoming was great ... One of the staff went up to the room with us and explain every single thing in the room ... They give us a great welcoming drink .. Room was super clean ...they put a chocolate on the bed evey day ( great one and other type on the next day ) ...they clean the room twice a day ...location is great ad well... On the leak, just 8 minutes wake from the geneva central city station , near the shops and allot of resturant ....Simply it was great experience ...
