The view from the room and the Japaneew restaurant the hotel is about 20 minutes from the city center and there are no restaurants or coldstores near by |

We booked a double and had the nice surprise of being upgraded to suite - large, very comfortable, clean and warm, great balcony with view on Lugano/Lugano lake. Very kind service from staff, excellent breakfast. Location is best if you come by car. |

Our room and others for other clients were not ready as we arrived at 3.15 pm!! As we could not wait (heading for a Wedding) I had to insist a lot and lost a lot of time to get another room (lower standing compared to the booked one wth a small price reduction)). The staff was not able to manage the situation professionally. On hte other side the breakfast was excellent in terms of food and service The room |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated with a beautiful aspect, and even though it seemed busy it was still was quiet and clean. Great breakfast buffet and friendly on-site chef for pancakes and omelettes etc. A hotel-to-city-centre shuttle might have been useful, as we enjoyed a thorough drenching waiting nearby for a half-hourly bus which seemed to come early or late but usually not on time! (The walk to the city centre is only about 15 mins, but not appealing in a thunderstorm!) |

The view over the lake is stunning! The apartment’s size is good for a family traveling with 2 kids. The furniture and the decorations are modern and attractive. Breakfast is delicious! Hotel staff is very nice and helpful. The swimming pool is a bit small for the hotel's size. |

We chose this hotel for the purpose of a weekend break and our first impression when arriving at the hotel was very good which was very satisfying indeed. The staff at the reception was pretty friendly (welcoming and immediately had my booking at hand) and the parking and entrance area were very well maintained and looked promising. And so was our room: We booked a room with lake view. I am not so familiar with the price level in Switzerland in general but only know that everything can be expected to be pretty pricey there. So was the hotel unfortunately even though it was very nice. |

Nice, stylish hotel with a beautiful Lugano lake overview , comfortable rooms and a small inside pool and Spa area. I also liked the Cuba-style bar. The hotel is located quite far from the city centre, the Lugano rail station and other useful facilities. Breakfast was quite poor. |

Kleiner aber feiner WEllnessbereich. Das japanische Restaurant ist der absoulte Hit. Das Seafoodmenü hat uns begeistert und die japanischen Köche sind ganz einfach der Hit. Sympathisch, gästeorientiert und sehr zuvorkommend. |

Excellentes prestations. La suite était tout simplement parfaite avec un grand balcon, vue imprenable sur le lac et grands espaces. Le cigare lounge est un très bonne idée pour ceux qui veulent en griller une (ou un) avec une boisson; bien au chaud ... un luxe de nos jours. Enfin le spa et la piscine sont de très haute qualité ... sans parler du petit déjeuner très copieux. En un mot, une très bonne adresse à garder et à partager. Peut-être (mais vraiment pour chercher la petite bête) la carte du restaurant un peu chère ... mais vraiment pour chercher la petite bête car l'ensemble était de très haute qualité. |

Nous avons bien apprécié les copieux buffet du petit déjeuner, la chambre calme avec le balcon et la vue sur la baie de Lugano, le bar fumeur, car griller une petite clope en sirotant un Mojito est devenu un luxe rare ! Le repas du vendredi soir que nous avons pris dans votre restaurant, trop cher pour la nourriture proposée. C'est aussi gênant de devoir emprunter le couloir de l'entrée pour aller à la piscine ou au sauna. Le sauna était bondé lorsque nous nous y sommes rendus, l'endroit est petit par rapport au nombre de clients. |
