We chose this hotel for the purpose of a weekend break and our first impression when arriving at the hotel was very good which was very satisfying indeed. The staff at the reception was pretty friendly (welcoming and immediately had my booking at hand) and the parking and entrance area were very well maintained and looked promising. And so was our room: We booked a room with lake view. I am not so familiar with the price level in Switzerland in general but only know that everything can be expected to be pretty pricey there. So was the hotel unfortunately even though it was very nice. |

Nice, stylish hotel with a beautiful Lugano lake overview , comfortable rooms and a small inside pool and Spa area. I also liked the Cuba-style bar. The hotel is located quite far from the city centre, the Lugano rail station and other useful facilities. Breakfast was quite poor. |

beautiful view, great breakfast and meal at the restaurant the room definitely needs renovation; an unacceptable behavior of the staff at the restaurant doesn't tie up with the 4* hotel's grade - have to admit it was only one single person, but we were shocked and our dinner was totally destroyed 'thanks' him.. |

Nette und kompetente Rezeptionistinnen, Live Front Cooking von Eierspeisen neben dem Frühstücksbüffet, Gute Aussicht auf den Lago di Lugano. Die versprochenen 45m² Junior-SUITE kommen flächenmäßig etwa hin, das Mobiliar und gesamte Interieur ist jedoch leider alt, dunkel und abgewohnt. Der Pep, das gewisse Extra fehlt. Trotz guter Aussicht ist der Preis für die gebotene Leistung nicht angemessen, im Ergebnis für mich ein 3 Sterne-Haus. |

Nettes Personal, schöne Lage, grosszügiges Zimmer (Suite) reichhaltiges Frühstückbuttet. Bar mit schönem Ausblick. Leide hat das Hotel keinen Aussenpoot und keine Liegewiese. |

Hotel disponuje příjemným vntřním bazénem a ještě příjemnějším barem s výhledem na jezero. BBR působil stylově, zejména kvůli nabídce doutníků, ale obsluha mohla být všímavější. S vybavením pokoje jsem byl velice spokojen. |

Das Hotel befindet sich an sehr schöner Lage über dem Luganersee. Die Aussicht ist wundervoll! Schade nur, dass im Frühling keine Sonne auf den Balkon scheint! Im Sommer kann dies aber durchaus positiv sein, da es dadurch kühler ist. Die Bedienung war jederzeit sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das hat uns sehr gefallen! Ein besonderes Lob gebührt kerstin und hassan! Die Einrichtung im Bad entspricht nicht Suitenstandard. Die Qualität des Weines lässt ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig! Die hohen Preise für Flaschenweine sind nicht zu rechtfertigen. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, doch auch hier sind die Preise unserer Ansicht nach zu hoch! Möglicherweise könnte dies etwas ausgeglichen werden, wenn man als online- Bucher Halbpension wählen könnte. |

nous avons séjourné en couple jeune 2 nuits à cet hôtel et nous en sommes trés ravis.nous avons particulièrement aimé la suite avec vue sur lugano et le lac.la cuisine du restaurant japonais est superbe et trés bonne,le spa trés bien et le cadre trés joli.nous reviendrons volontiers! |
