beautiful view, great breakfast and meal at the restaurant the room definitely needs renovation; an unacceptable behavior of the staff at the restaurant doesn't tie up with the 4* hotel's grade - have to admit it was only one single person, but we were shocked and our dinner was totally destroyed 'thanks' him.. |

Nice Location - Loud, Railway - only one television was working -bath much too small for the money asked - breakfast not very competitive - bedroom small - no watercooking unit in the room for a tee of coffee etc. |

the hotel is very nice, good rooms, great swimming pool, has a garage with no charge, very comfortable with young kids. the breakfast buffet was good. the room service was terrible, and very expensive, they charged kids meals the same price as an adult, we did not get what we ordered. the restaurant has very few options. |

The half board meals were good. The wellness suite was quite good. I was quite disappointed with the view from our room (and from most rooms) - especially as we were paying for a suite. This was the most expensive of the 4 hotels we stayed at, and all the others had much better views (one of the most important aspects for us). At Lugano, the foreground was the flat (felt-type) roof of the restaurant, rather taking away from the view of the lake and town in the distance. |

Clean, modern, great view, excellent swimming pool, great cuban bar with an excellent view, good parking, breakfast was great as well. by far the best hotel we have stayed at in europe and we stay in alot of hotels. |

Das Zimmer war ein dunkles Loch im Erdgeschoss, wir konnten kein Fenster öffnen; es gab keine Klimaanlage. Als ich das an der Reception meldete, gab man mir lakonisch zur Antwort, das Hotel sei eben ausgebucht. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht. |
