Suitenhotel Parco Paradiso

We booked a double and had the nice surprise of being upgraded to suite - large, very comfortable, clean and warm, great balcony with view on Lugano/Lugano lake. Very kind service from staff, excellent breakfast. Location is best if you come by car.

Good position

Not good value for money. Staff efficient but not very friendly

Our room and others for other clients were not ready as we arrived at 3.15 pm!! As we could not wait (heading for a Wedding) I had to insist a lot and lost a lot of time to get another room (lower standing compared to the booked one wth a small price reduction)). The staff was not able to manage the situation professionally. On hte other side the breakfast was excellent in terms of food and service

We chose this hotel for the purpose of a weekend break and our first impression when arriving at the hotel was very good which was very satisfying indeed. The staff at the reception was pretty friendly (welcoming and immediately had my booking at hand) and the parking and entrance area were very well maintained and looked promising. And so was our room: We booked a room with lake view.

I am not so familiar with the price level in Switzerland in general but only know that everything can be expected to be pretty pricey there. So was the hotel unfortunately even though it was very nice.

Size and view of room, food at the Japanese restaurant (do not forget to book with your reservation, otherwise it might be full), friendly staff, Easter attention! Excellent breakfast buffet.

Kleiner aber feiner WEllnessbereich. Das japanische Restaurant ist der absoulte Hit. Das Seafoodmenü hat uns begeistert und die japanischen Köche sind ganz einfach der Hit. Sympathisch, gästeorientiert und sehr zuvorkommend.

la cordialità la ottima disponibilità .a venire incontro ai desideril dei clienti per es avendo richiesto una eventuale stanza con vista lago mi e stata data una suite con una vista spettacolare che mi ha reso ancora più gradevole il soggiorno

Le repas du soir .Doit faire un effort le menu disait 5 plats on en a eu que quatre manque de qualitée.

Nous avons bien apprécié les copieux buffet du petit déjeuner, la chambre calme avec le balcon et la vue sur la baie de Lugano, le bar fumeur, car griller une petite clope en sirotant un Mojito est devenu un luxe rare !

Le repas du vendredi soir que nous avons pris dans votre restaurant, trop cher pour la nourriture proposée. C'est aussi gênant de devoir emprunter le couloir de l'entrée pour aller à la piscine ou au sauna. Le sauna était bondé lorsque nous nous y sommes rendus, l'endroit est petit par rapport au nombre de clients.
