Very clean, new and modern. Great adjustable bed. McDonald's was literally attached to it. Expensive for the value - I got a hamburger and fired for six euro at McD - the hotel had a hamburger for 23 euro (no fries) - thank goodness for McD's. |

The free pick up from the airport was a real plus, which was one of the reasons we booked here too! NIce clean and comfortable large rooms. There was no food service available after hours!!!! |

This is a great little hotel with amazing beds (adjustable!) and very convenient with free shuttles to and from the airport that run on time! It is actually a "McDonalds" hotel! Clever and modern stopover for travelers. With the McDonalds attached, it would be nice if it served breakfast. We really didn't want to spend $50 ($25 SFr ea) for 2 breakfasts offered by the hotel. At least we were able to get coffee and a donut at McD's. |

This hotel is located near the airport, so for departure very early the morning it is convenient. Cet hotel est situe pres de l aeroport, donc c est tres utile lors de depart tres tot vers les 5h00 The arrangment for the shuttle is very weak. I have reserved a place in the shuttle well in advance and my name was on the list. Unfortunately, the shuttle was full when I arrived. Three persons without reservation were sitting in the bus and did not want to go out (they did not want to pay a taxi). In consequence, three persons were gently asked to take a taxi and the taxi was supposed to be paid by the hotel, I did take the taxi but he requested/physically insisted us to pay....nightmare.......It will be so easy to check the name of the people before to let them enter in the shuttle..........., |

It is near to the airport so ideal for stop overs I made a reservation also for the free shuttle at 6.00 in the morning to the airport but it was not received so the shuttle was completely booked and I had to take a taxi (far more expensive). Didn't like too much the view on Mac Donald Restaurant next to the hotel |

I arrived at night in Zurich, the next morning went to the next destination, this hotel was a very good location. There is free bus transportation to the airport. This hotel room was a business orientation, so I did not seem especially friendly to children. We did not have breakfast |

Located close to airport, very clean, pleasant staff, and a good value for the money. "Feng Shui" design results in a terrible waste of limited space. Shower capsule in middle of room with no place to hang or place one's towel. Toilet in a triangular broom closet. Room key card is required to activate light switches and is not near the door - had we arrived after dark God knows how we would have discovered this. "Golden Arches" shaped headboard on the bed an apparent ad for the adjacent McDonald's restaurant. |

The rooms are amazingly spacious and design. Our room was equipped with motorized beds that you can set up for reading/sleeping/TV. A McDonald is right next to the hotel, and this is very useful. Breakfast is just too expensive... But this is the same thing everywhere in Switzerland. |

The hotel had a pleasing, modern and efficient design. And, even though it overlooks the Zurich airport runways, the soundproofing is excellent, and the sound of planes landing or taking off was almost inaudible. During our stay, the restaurant and bar were out of commission due to improvements. The replacement "bar" and "restaurant" setup in a conference room was embarrassingly badly done, with cheap, uncomfortable furniture. The prices of the limited menu were not reduced to reflect this reduced quality. |
