Layout of room was good, well equiped, but a little strange - why have the expence of 2 beds in one room? Very smokey in the bar and restaurant area - in the UK smoking is not allowed in such areas and it would be better to have a larger area which does not allow smoking - maybe in the future Switzerland will follow this |

The decor was nice and functional. Having the shower cubicle in the room was an interesting idea. The room assigned was very close to the highway and so had a decent amount of road noise. When we asked for a different room, the reception desk accomodated us. Did not get a wake-up call. Towel in the room looked used. No soap in the bathroom. |

It was charged more money from my credit card as was written in my bill. I must call to hotel staff from abroad again to hear that there is such policy of hotel. |

The electric beds were good. It was clean. Direct airport shuttle transport was very convenient. There was a mcdonald just next to it so we had our dinner on time without worrying to look out for anythng else. Rooms too small. Too expensive for the space provided. No towels, soaps, shampoos provided. We requested for a universal plug which the charged us 25FR. Did not provide us with an extra bed even though we were ready to pay for it. |

Room had a modern look. Information on free parking was found to be incorrect, nevertheless they gave free parking due to website info error. No air conditioning in the room! Big issue! |

L'hôtel est propre.l'accueil est très sympathique et efficace.La chambre etait bien non fumeur (préciser a l'accueil).2 Choix de restauration : à l'hotel ou au Mc Do.le lit électrique. Et la navette gratuite vers l'aéroport.Proximité avec la boite Grodoonia. Wifi payant !!!! |
