Convenient, quiet, nicely outfitted, modern, clean. Guest rooms have screened windows, look out on private park. LIft wasn't working when it came time to leave - stairways are challenging to negotiate with luggage in tow.

Hotel well sign-posted and easy to find. Beautiful grounds, beautiful building. Rooms clean and tasteful. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Tip for hotel: If you would like to avoid cigarette stubs under the shrubbery, you might like to ask guests if they would like an ash tray for the patio.

An einem Wochenende - wir waren so/mo da) ohne Seminare, Hochzeitsfest O.ä ist es sehr angenehm und nichts von Hektik. Da nimmt man auch eine reduzierte Speisekarte in Kauf.Lobenswert auch das tolle Buffet am Morgen mit U.a feinem Kaffee (nicht überall so!) und vielen Frischprodukten. Nicht vergessen die kleine, feine und sehr saubere Wellnessabteilung.Wir werden wieder ins "Schloss" kommen.

Posto curatissimo, personale molto gentile merita tutte le stelle che ha .. ritorneremo sicuramente. Noi con due ragazzi di 11 e 14 anni eravamo in uno chalet molto confortevole. E' stato tutto stupefacente. A presto . Patrizia, Olivier, Greta con Oliver Nessun aspetto negativo tutto è stato meraviglioso

La calma e la tranquillità dell'ambiente, ma anche del personale, rispettosi della privacy, curato nell'aspetto e la posizione ottimale immerso nel verde e nella natura. Ottimo per famiglie con bambini che intendono visitare la città e dintorni alloggiando però fuori dal rumore e dal traffico. Mostre ed esposizioni rendono l'ambiente ancora più accogliente facendo conoscere un altro aspetto del luogo. Una cosa che ho notato rispetto ad altri hotel in Svizzera di questa categoria sono I servizi igienici per chi sceglie di cenare al ristorante che potrebbero essere più puliti. (Pavimento+wc) Il resto della struttura invece è ben curato e pulito, non c'è niente da dire. Qualche problema con la pass della camera che non sempre funzionava per aprire le porte dello chalet, bisognava provare alcuni minuti prima di poter accedervi.

Sehr nettes zuvorkommendes Personal. Wunderschön gelegen. Zimmer (ich war im Neubau) zweckmässig mit üblichem leicht gehobenem Komfort, preiswert. Jederzeit wieder! Für den Erstankömmling ist der Weg vom Parkplatz zur Reception nicht gut genug beschildert. Ausserdem muss man seinen Rollkoffer ca. 100m über loses Kies ziehen. Trick: Man fährt zum Lieferanteneingang und kommt von hinten zur Reception. Dort gibt es auch gleich ein paar Parkplätze.

Lage der Anlage, Ruhe. freundliches Personal. Speisekarte am Abend eher bescheiden. A la carte Angebote gab es leider nicht. Zubereitung sonst allerdings gut. Wir haben es geschätzt, nach schönen Wanderungen im Emmental bzw. Entlebuch die hoteleigene Wellnesanlage zu besuchen. Leider sind die Oeffnungszeiten zu sehr auf Seminarteilnehmer ausgelegt.Die Oeffnung erst nach 18.00h scheint uns deshalb nicht vorteilhaft. Schade ist auch, dass die Whirlpoolbenutzung kostenpflichtig ist (zu teuer).

Aufenthalt im Gartenrestaurant Der Zugang zu den Zimmer im Annexbau empfand man (temperaturmässig) wie in einer Sauna. Der Lärm der Gartenmaschinen am Morgen. Der Preisaufschlag für eine Dienstleistung (Fr. 10.- für eine Flasche Wein) ins Zimmer.

Le cadre vraiment éblouissant avec en particulier un parc et une roserai superbe. Très bon rapport qualité prix pour des standards suisse. Le spa un peu limité (2 saunas et 1 hammam), les jacuzzi individuels étant payants. Les heures d'ouvertures quelques peu tardives (18-22h).

Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Sehr schöner Park. Grosszügiges Morgenessen. Es hatte viele Fliegen, die den Genuss des Abend- und Morgenessens ein ganz kleines Wenig schmälerten.

ruhige Lage.Modernes sauberes Zimmer. Kein Kühlschrank/Minibar.Service beim Frühstück! Auch nach 35 Minuten war es nicht möglich frische Croissants oder neuen Schinken zu erhalten.

De service van de medewerkers is erg goed. Ook het eten in het restaurant is van goede kwaliteit. Ambiance is leuk, niet specifiek. We kregen in eerste instantie niet de kamer die we hadden gereserveerd. We kregen de minste kamer van het hele hotel. Na kort overleg met de receptie en een consumptie op het terras was het snel opgelost en kregen de gevraagde kamer.
