Restaurant Annex
Awarded one Michelin Star and 15 GaultMillau points, Restaurant Annex serves a light, healthy and aromatic gourmet cuisine, temptingly blending a traditional French influence with Asian and Mediterranean inspiration. Our Chef de Cuisine is Mr. Renee Rischmeyer.
Open daily except Tuesdays from 18:30, Sundays and public holidays. (On these days the restaurant opens at midday).

Restaurant Sparks
The restaurant was awarded 13 GaultMilla points. Experience a blend of traditional and contemporary, light, sparkling cuisine in a warm and inviting atmosphere. Beneath candelabras in the honourable Art Nouveau banquet hall, guests enjoy the masterpieces of our chef Florian Gilges.
In summer guests can dine on the superb veranda and terrace with beautiful views over the lake and towards the Alps.
The restaurant is open daily from 07:00.

Restaurant The Grape
This restaurant serves Californian wines from the Napa Valley, specialities from around the world, and a wide range of juicy steaks from grill.
Open daily from 10.00 (closed on Wednesdays).

Moreover, we offer our guests 3 outstanding bars/lounges, namely the Sunset Caviar Bar, the Beach Bar Lounge and the Vinothek in the Wine Cellar.

Parc rooms
Meticulous attention to detail has given the Parc bedrooms a charismatic and discreet aura, enhanced by the use of fine natural materials throughout. You will be delighted by fabrics from the Designers Guild, lighting designed by Philippe Starck and finished in Murano glass as well as by the furniture by Molteni... all arranged with taste and restraint.
All the bedroom floors feature American cherry-wood and matching pastel shades for the rest of the decor.

Adara suites in the new building:
The air-conditioned suites captivate with their superb comforts and surprising details. Electric curtains, large 2m x 2.10m Treca de Paris-beds, stylish and tasteful satin bed-linen and bathrobes by Christian Fischbacher, Bose sound systems and Panasonic flat screen TVs are only a fraction of the luxurious characteristics. Guests also enjoy perfectly fashioned and exclusive quality furniture from B&B Italia and Promemoria, objects from the Thöny Collection and exquisite fabrics by JAB and Carlucci di Chivasso.
