The hotel was very central and the staff is very friendly. For the money you pay there shouldn't be mould in the bathroom. Also the hotel can do with some freshing up, the carpets in the room didn't feel too clean.

The staff could not have been more friendly and professional and the delicious free breakfast In the mornning was a nice plus. It was the perfect hotel for a business,along with pleasure, trip in Northern Switzerland.

The location was perfect. The staff was helpful and well trained. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The restaurant, it's staff and food for all meals was outstanding.

The friendly staff members. And the very good service at the Reception Front. That the Breakfast was removed at 10.00 am, without asking us, the guests, if we would like anything else from the Breakfast Buffet....... thats very sad and should never happen again......

This is one of the best hotels I ever stayed in. The hotel staff is professional and courteous and the breakfast they serve at the Bloom is fabulous. The rooms are spotless clean and the hotel is maintained at a very high level. The location is just great - Winterthur old city is just on the other side of the street with shops, restaurants and the music festival. Highly recommended.

Très bon accueil, personnel agréable et compétent. Chambre spacieuse donnant sur route principale mais bonne isolation phonique. Bon petit déjeuner. Place de parc gratuite devant l'hôtel. Hôtel en rénovation...bruit de perceuse etc...heureusement que nous devions nous lever de bonne heure..

Хорошее соотношение цена-качество. Красивое окружение (маленький парк), чисто. Слишком жарко в номере (зимой), невкусные завтраки с маленьким выбором еды.

Funktional und ansprechend, schöne Lage, nette Details (e.g. Wasserflasche bei der Abreise), sehr freundlicher Empfang, schöne Bar. Extrem langsamer Service in der Bar, man sitzt buchstäblich auf dem Trockenen.
