I would see this classy hotel as a five star rather than four. Hotel staff was kind and friendly. Room was cozy with perfect Matterhorn view. Tea service was a bit of a mess. It should be organised. I had to check out before 7:00am but the novice staff didn't allow me to do so. It was annoying but turned out to be fine because it was the IT system which didn't start working before 7:00am. |

The staff were pleasant, good service, food was good, especially dinner in the restaurant, nice rooms, spectacular views of Matterhorn, easy walking distance to pretty much everywhere. I will go back and stay there. In fact plan to do so next March, this time for a ski break. Would have liked more variety of hot foods for breakfast. Wish the beds were a tad bit more comfortable. Mattress was a tad hard, thus uncomfortable. |

the Parkhotel Beau Site was a lovely hotel. Our room was very nice with an excellent balcony overlooking the Matterhorn. The included breakfast was very good and elegantly presented. We always appreciate free internet access. It is well located, just a short walk into the heart of town. We enjoyed our stay at the Parkhotel Beau Site. |

Very well run hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We appreciated the complimentary afternoon tea and cake after long hikes in the mountains and the swimming pool and steam room etc were also comfortable places to relax. Bedroom rather small. |

Everything was special. View from the balcony, clean room , dinner and breakfast. If possible at the dinner, the round table is better for the guests with a baby. Because the parents can take care of their child from both side. |

The hotel staff were simply outstanding, from the point of assisting with our late arrival, through provision of useful advice for daily adventures. Francesco and his dining room team made breakfast the best hotel experience of all. |

Sehr freundlicher Service, schön ausgestattes Zimmer (Juniorsuite) hervorragendes Essen (Halbpension wurde zugebucht.) Sehr schöne Lage, große Terasse und Liegewiese Frühstücksbuffet war absolut in Ordnung hätte jedoch im Bereich der warmen Gerichte etwas mehr Auswahl bieten können (Pfannenkuchen Waffeln oder gebackenen Toast) |

Sensationell! Sehr herzliche, zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter. Top Zimmer bekommen mit phantastischen Blick aufs Matterhorn. Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen und man darf auch kurz vor 11.00 noch gemütlich sitzen und geniessen. Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in Zermatt und sicherlich nicht der Letzte hier. |
