We chose the Beau site because it has 'welness facilities' something we are ready to spend money for. Their pool area is good, their hottubs (two) excellent, but the sauna area is below par. It feels like they put it in nearly as an afterthought. Two small cabins that fit three persons each at most, two showers fit in a corner and a cold tub that they could just kind of squeeze in between the wall and the plastic box that is supposed to be a hammam. After several stays in wellness hotels, we have gotten used to better thought through and more extensive wellness area's.
The rest of the facilities are excellent though, so if you are not much into sauna, you can forget about this not so good point of this hotel.
Excellent service, great, extensive breakfast, cake and tea in the lobby free for guests every day between three and six, nice terrace outside the lobby to enjoy that cake on, while gazing at the Matterhorn catching the last sunrays, good restaurant, nice rooms. Overall, an exceptional hotel. Only the sauna area falls short.
