hotel meraviglioso, personale molto professionale e gentilissimo,posizione ottimo con vista stupenda sul Matterhorn o Cervino, speriamo di ritornarci e starci un po' di più. Belissima stanza! Buonissimo servizio della navetta: albergo- stazione di Zermatt

The hotel staff were very friendly and did their best to help us get the most out of our short stay. The hotel itself was modern but has also retained an old world charm that help create a comfortable feeling while enjoying the public spaces. The panorama from the rooms was also outstanding - I enjoyed every minute looking out from the balcony

A little on the pricey side, but thought overall it was worth it.

Fantastic view of the Matterhorn and excellent layout of the room.

Distance to the train station is slightly further than expected.

The staff was incredibly helpful from adapters, maps restaurant selection,and transportation from and to the train station. The pool looked amazing.

The entire staff was gracious and competant. A beautiful location as well.

Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent pool, steam room and sauna facilities. Nice bedrooms. Reception, bar and restaurant areas impressively decorated. Restaurant generally good, with variety from day to day. We would go back there.

Icy sloping road between Hotel and Bus stop, but roads were similar all around town.

A superb hotel, expertly managed, first class facilities and comfort in a great location. We thourouly enjoyed every aspect of this hotel for our ski holiday. The staff are great. There is nothing not to like about this hotel.

Fantastic service. Location very close to city center.

A bit noisy on the 1st floor. We could hear some sound coming from the piano player in the room until very late.

a bit expensive

The staff was outstanding. From the front desk to the maid service to the hotel restaurant the staff were the best we experienced on the this trip ( 3 countries). The pool and spa were much better than most and the view of Matterhorn was exsquisite. The hotel provided a great menu for the guests (we had a dinner and breakfast there) and the wait staff and food exceptional.

TOP: extremely friendly and helpful staff, very nicely renovated palace-style hotel, atmospheric light design, good breakfast buffet, nice bar, good swimming pool ...

- There is a construction site behind the hotel at the moment, which is quite noisy. Hotel staff didn't inform me. - The sauna-hammam area is a bit disappointing. Not very charming. - I booked the hotel amongst others for the wellness but there was no masseur available... - Although breakfast buffet is very nice, the cheese on offer was not of the quality you would expect for a hotel like this. Switzerland has better artisanal quality cheeses than the French Chaumes or Pavé that was on offer...

The pool is great, and so is the breakfast buffet.

The carpet in the room did not seem to be very clean.
