The view over Glarner Lake The service at dinner. Staff is not looking after the guests. After finishing maincourse nobody offered coffee or desert depsite the many times of looking to the waiters or waving by hand. Lack of free internet is very bad. Swisscom is expensive sfr 15,00 for three hours to be used within 24 hours. And logging in takes a lot of time

das Frühstück: es war nicht besonders reichhaltig, der Frühstücksraum war nicht aufgeräumt und das Personal war nicht sehr hilfsbereit und hat darauf verwiesen, dass man sich doch Besteck etc. selbst organisieren könne.

Hat mir gut gefallen. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sauber Zimmer, guter Service. Beleuchtung im Aufgang nicht ideal, schaltet sich zu spät zu bzw. ging gar nicht an.

die Lage Die drei Zimmer waren im Standard sehr unterschiedlich, was den relativ teuren gleichen!!! Preis von Fr. 190.-- in keinem Fall rechtfertigt. Zudem war die Ausstattung des Bades sehr geizig.

Schöne Lage am Walensee, sehr gut geführte Schweizer Hotellerie. Trotz des Alters sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber, aber auch gemütlich. Zimmer renoviert und in Top Zustand, Bad (Dusche) war picobello sauber. Das Hotelrestaurant ist gut (Brasserie), guter Italiener gegenüber. Schweizer Preise, aber jeden Cent wert. Leider keine Hotelparkplätze. Frühstück komplette Selbstbedienung, mit schmackhafter, aber nicht üppiger Auswahl.

Das sehr freundliche Personal und die sehr gute Küche, die wir am Abend genossen haben. Die Lage in einem Zimmer mit Seesicht war bei diesem schönen Wetter natürlch passend. Da gerade vis à vis ein Fest war, bekamen wir die Antwort betr. Parkmöglichkeiten, dass wir auuserhalb gratis parkieren können. So musste ich mein Auto ca. 500 Meter weit wegstellen und gesamt chf 9.- für den Parkplatz bezahlen, bis Sonntag Mittag. Bei booking com unter Hotelbeschrieb stand: Kostenfreie Parkplätze sind am Hotel verfügbar

Kamers prima ingericht, ligging mooi aan het meer, hotelpersoneel heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk, Had kamer aan voorzijde hotel, ondanks prachtig zicht op het meer toch 's nachts veel last van lawaai veroorzaakt door verkeer op straat voor hotel. Onderbemanning receptie

Der Portier war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber. Das Zimmer war winzig klein, ich konnte mich kaum drehen. Die Matratze war durchgelegen. Ansonsten war ich zufrieden. Für die kurze Nacht nach der Hochzeit meines Sohnes war es o.k.
