Parkhotel Delta  

We are at the moment living/working in Switzerland. We only booked the hotel for a week-end break at the last moment. We have stayed in many locations/hotels of this class in Switzerland we rate this as the best; the reception was efficient and very welcoming and that was just the beginning the whole 48hrs was a truly relaxing experience and could recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to escape the hurly burly of city life - we did not have time to utilise all of the facilities but felt we could return and avail ourselves of them at any time. The food (set menu) was exceptional and we personally would not go 'a la carte' as the menus were superb on the nights we stayed there. Highly commended - Tony & Jacki Griffiths

This was our first holiday with our baby-todler, and we are very, very, satisfied! Thanks to all the reviews we saw on the Internet. Park hotel Delta is a Heaven for kids and heaven for adults, too! Luxury, mixed design, relaxing and calm places. Lots of flowers and fountains...wooden and rocks sculptures. Kids stuf, also. And the food is perfect, also. We still have the big smile remembering our vacation :-) Viva la Park!

Die Grösse des Parkes und die Gratisbenützung der Fahrräder

Es wurde in den letzten Jahren nur in den Park investiert und es sieht genau noch so aus wie vor 10 Jahren. Für mich ist es kein 5* Hotel mehr

Nur ein kleines Detail: Im Zimmer 316 plätschert das Wasser der Bewässerung auf den Terrassenboden was Langschläfer etwas stört. Aber ansosnten alles picco bello

Die ganze Hotelanlage mit einem Park von ca. 80'000 m2 ist sehr grosszügig und erlaubt eine gewisse "privacy". Der südländische Landhausstil ist sehr gemütlich, Service und Angebot sind top. Der Hoteldirektor, Herr Caristo, ist ausserordentlich freundlich und sympathisch. Man fühlt sich schnell "zu Hause". Für uns eines der besten Hotels der Schweiz.

Cela fait 6 ans que nous connaissons cet hôtel et l'avions toujours apprécié pour sa position, sa tranquilité et le fait de s'y sentir comme chez soi.

Cependant les prix ont augmentés il y a environ 3-4 ans, mais l'établissement et le service ne sont pas à la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles, mais les prix pratiqués oui. De plus l'état des chambres, de la salle de bain auraient besoin d'un raffraîchissement et d'un nettoyage complet après chaque passage de client. Par exemple : la nappe de la table du balcon était trouée et n'a été changée qu'après le quatrième jour; des moustiques étaient collés au plafond et ne dataient pas d'hier; les rideaux alors que changés fin 2010 étaient déjà bien tâchés par l'humidité de l'appareil de l'air conditionné; les joints de la salle de bain commencent à être bien noirs et usés; comme mentionné sur le descriptif de la chambre sur leur site, il n'y avait pas de lecteur dvd; nous cherchions de la tranquilité alors que les enfants criaient autour de la piscine extérieure et intérieure (alors qu'il y a un coin pour eux avec pateaugeoire, celui-ci était déserté), les personnes parlaient trop fort sans se soucier de leur voisin et tout ceci était fort désagréable...

Wunderschöne Parkanlage, gutes Essen

Für ein 5 * Hotel zuviele (unerzogene) Kinder. Tagsüber im Park ja noch erträglich, aber abends in der Bar doch etwas to much. Dm Hotel täte eine sanfte Renovation gut, das Zimmer war eindeutig zu klein. Ueber den Chef de Service im Delta blu legen wir gerne den "Mantel des Schweigens". Fr. 35.00 für einen Hund ohne Essen oder sonst etwas Spezielles ist doch etwas sehr teuer.

Die Park-bzw. Gartenanlage.

Uns hat praktisch nur die Garten- bzw. Parkanlage gefallen. Das Zimmer z.B. war einem Fünfsternhotel nicht würdig! (Einrichtung sehr altmodisch, keine Dusche, keine Badehaube für die Haare, 100m Marsch im Freien bis zum Essraum/Reception. (gut hat es nicht geregnet) etc. etc. (Wir wurden in einem Nebengebäude einquartiert).

Nous connaissons cet hôtel depuis au moins 6 ans. Cette structure petite en capacité nous plaît car nous nous y sentons comme si nous étions à la maison.

Der Park des Hotels und das Frühstückbuffet.

Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr schlecht. Das Restaurant hat angeblich 15 GM Punkte, was man überhaupt nicht merkt. Das Hotel ist lieblos geführt (nicht einmal ein Blümchen im Zi oder etwas Obst zur Begrüssung). Für ein Luxushotel mit 5 Sternen war der Besuch extrem enttäuschend. Die Zimmer sind relativ klein und alt und verstaubt. Das Personal hat keine Ahnung vom eigenen Hotel und ist total unmotiviert. Wenn man das Hotel vergleicht mit dem fünf Sterne Haus Eden Roc ist das Delta ein 3 Sterne Haus.
