Super low price given that the hotel has an excellent restaurant, small landscaped park, nice views, and a covered outdoor pool. Breakfast buffet (included) was amazing. The Saturday evening dinner buffet (not included) was memorable for its amazing variety of excellent choices. Though clean, everything is in apparent need of thorough renovation and/or updating. My room was apparently converted from a utility closet or something - not unexpected given the price and honest description. However, the room was right above the kitchen and thus too hot no matter how open the window. |

Reception lady was quite friendly. Reasonable price. I took a table beside window. A waiter came to me and said this table is for 4 persons. I was forced to move his guided table but 2 guests came to me later and indicated a small memo on the table. There was their name on the memo, then I understood tables was reserved for guests. Should be explained in advance. |

We booked the only available room, which was the cheapest category. During the whole stay we could feel that we were treated according to the level we pay. Even in the restaurant after telling them our room number! |

La situation Installations vétustes, pas propre, la chambre avait une odeur horrible, les services que l'on attend normalement dans ce type d'hôtel ne sont pas là. Rapport qualité/prix insuffisant. Older equipments, not really clean and in our there was a horrible smell. Services you would expect in a hotel of this category are not there. I would not recommand this hotel. |

Difficult to find. A long narrow winding road being a steep hill over a mile long with many sharp bends. I wondered what all those Tibetan sherpas were doing milling around the main road turn off. I should have hired one. |

The location is fabulous, up a very winding road, and the hotel has a beautiful, private garden high-up overlooking the lake. The staff were very friendly, even though we spoke very little Italian / Swiss, and the food was also good. The decor is just a little 'tired'. |

Location and scenery. Staff was often confused about their jobs. Some services were slow and inadequate. They also charged me CHF 40 per day for making the bed. This was not in your quote and I'm going to claim it back from you. AUD 160 in total. They did not have English menu. There was no soap or bath gel in the bathroam, something I always get in an equivalent Australian hotel. Poor value for money. |
