отличный уютный отель с очень приятным "диким" расположением в деревушке в горах, очень хотелось бы вернуться туда и провести побольше времени исследуя окресности |

Расположен на склоне горы в романтической деревушке, красивый небольшой парк,есть бассейны. Если спуститься с горы и заехать на кемпинг можно куаться в озере. Было жарко (прим 30 градусов в тот день) а в номере не предусмотрен кондиционер - это единственное неудобство. |

Хороший красивый парк, есть бассейн, хороший персонал на ресепшн (The good beautiful park, pool, the good personnel on reseption) Не понравилось: невнимательный персонал в ресторане, невкусная еда и то, что завтраки и ужины даже в холодную ветренную погоду накрываются на улице - неуютно (It was not pleasant: the inattentive personnel at restaurant, the tasteless meal, breakfasts and dinners are arranged in the street even in cold windy weather - uncomfortably) |

Beautiful place and beautiful view from the window. Not too far from the city of Lugano (about 20 minutes of driving). The way to Rovio is a bit scary at night. Only one of the staff knew English. |

Friendly staff at the reception, nice view and area Service not too good at the restaurant due to the crowd. Swimming pool was already closed for winter season! |

Nice view to the lake.Charming garden. It needs to be renovated.No style-furniture and decoration-all what remain from earlier times.Bread on the breakfast was not fresh. |

Great Location, garden, panoramic views, nice swimming pool, parking facilities and children's playground. Staffs are friendly and eager to help. Over all, we left the hotel with good impression. - Rooms need some updating with more modern furnitures and equipments such as air conditioning. Televisions looked like if it time travelled from the end of 70s. I was very surprised to find out that it still works! Dinner buffet was 36 euros for adults and 14 euros for even young children / babies which is not worth it unless you are very hungry. Hotel cooking was just ok and could be better. |

extremely very old hotel, not clean at all, vey bad location (nothing is around u )!! no resturants. i dont advise anyone to go to this hotel, it is not clean at all, thousands of mosqitous. we booked for 3 nights however, we left after the first night with almost 15 mosqitous bites. the furniture is very old, when you enter the room you feel that you are back in the 50's. vey deppressing place. to me this not even a 1 star hotel. |

Super low price given that the hotel has an excellent restaurant, small landscaped park, nice views, and a covered outdoor pool. Breakfast buffet (included) was amazing. The Saturday evening dinner buffet (not included) was memorable for its amazing variety of excellent choices. Though clean, everything is in apparent need of thorough renovation and/or updating. My room was apparently converted from a utility closet or something - not unexpected given the price and honest description. However, the room was right above the kitchen and thus too hot no matter how open the window. |

Reception lady was quite friendly. Reasonable price. I took a table beside window. A waiter came to me and said this table is for 4 persons. I was forced to move his guided table but 2 guests came to me later and indicated a small memo on the table. There was their name on the memo, then I understood tables was reserved for guests. Should be explained in advance. |

We were not searching for anything special and therefore we were positively surprised. Breakfast room is nice. Only complaint : The room was cold and it was not possible to heat it more |

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm dank der typisch tessinischen Einrichtung und der damit auch sehr zu geniessenden Atmosphäre. Alles rundherum inkl. Service war sehr stimmig. |

Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich. Der Hotelpark ist im Sommer sicherlich eine Augenweide. Die Aussicht beim Frühstück ist superschön. Man Sieht den Luganersee im Sonnenaufgang. Die Frühstücksbrötchen waren fein. Das Essen ist nur mittelmässig. Die Zimmer sind etwas eng und karg.Das Hotel ist zwar so sauber wie möglich gehalten, aber es sollte dringend besser gepflegt werden oder renoviert werden. |

Personal gibt sich sehr mühe mit der Sprachverständnis. Sehr ruhige Lage. Nichtraucherhaus. Schönes Frühstück. Keine grosse Auswahl beim Abendessen. 1 Abendmenu, 2-3 Fleischmenu.................Empfelung: Pizzeria dal tiz ,zufuss in 6 min. Erreichbar im Dorf. Top!!!! 1A! |
