Rooms were sparsely decorated but appropriately so; it was very refreshing not to spend a night in a cluttered, carpeted room. Staff were ill-informed about local area as I asked location and amount of time to my meeting - totally incorrect! Glad I looked it up as well beforehand.

Clean and tidy room. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Perfect location. Price of the hotel was very expensive! Was not worth the money we paid. Also I found the pillows on the bed to be very uncomfortable it felt like my head was on the mattress. I also hurt my leg on the corner of the wooden bed frame, was very sharp and cut my leg. Not very safe!

Nice hotel in a very quietly location, very conveniently located near the centre of Zug. Nice to see a hotel where the windows are open when it is hot to let the cool air come in and not blasting people with chilly airco. Breakfast could be better, not very imaginative and I didn't like the scrambled eggs, they looked odd. No idea whether one can order something else than what is on the buffet!

Breakfast was ok. Far too expensive. Rooms are ok but for this price too much. Cheap and uncomfortable beds. No pay-tv and remote didnt work. Staff is very arrogant. Never again.

Aparte la sua posizione in centro della città, hotel ha un bellissimo pavimento in parquuueeeeett e non la moquette come tanti altri hotel (anche 5 stelle se vogliamo). Ben arredato é molto pulito. Comodissimo per chi va con la macchina perche dispone di un grandissimo garage coperto che ti permette di lasciare la macchina anche dopo il check-out (se vai per shopping etc). Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo (ovviamente se prenotti tramite booking.com perche da listino, mmmmmmmm un po' caruccio). In ogni caso consigliabile e sicuramente io andro' ancora.

immer freundliches zuvorkommendes personal. tolles frühstücksbüffet ohne herausragende besonderheiten...aber hohe qualität ! hand geschnittenes obst war ein aussergewönlicher genuss. zum schwimmbad muss man 50 m laufen...zum nachbarhaus...und sich dort umziehen. aber wir hatten dafür das ganze bad und die sauna nur für uns.. die bar:sehr gemütlich. sehr freundliche bedienung

Propre, fonctionnel, efficace, utile Sans aucune âme! Conception et ameublement froid, stérile et vieillot. Prix exorbitant pour des chambres nécessitant rénovation (tâches d'humidité sur le plafond, meubles usés des années 1970). Chambres fonctionnels mais vraiment aucun goût esthétique. Très cher pour un confort très moyen: ne vaut pas son prix.

Le Bar Lounge, sa déco, son ambiance agréable - éQuipement de la salle de bain insuffisant et sa porte bruyante et difficile à fermer ( nous avons loué 1 chambre et une suite junior et ce fut pareil dans les deux) - Rideaux de style vieillot - situation de la suite bruyante.

Situé dans un endroit très calme, mais en même temps très proche à pied de la vieille ville et du centre commerçant de Zoug. Chambres au design moderne et épuré. Apparemment, l'hôtel était quasiment vide ce samedi soir. Je trouve dommage que l'hôtel ne fasse pas plus pour attirer des clients le week-end (tarifs différenciés par ex.)
