Very old and small. The beds were not confortable, no air conditioning, only one person running the place. Not worth the money whatsoever.

The reception staff was ok, as well as the hotel staff. The free wifi to access internet Everything is just so old, the rooms are very small and you can her everything from one to another. Honestly I believe the hotel is overpriced for what it is.

Helpful staff. Cramped. Low quality materials. Bathroom "in the room" was a bizarre after- market contraption that was something like a mobile-home's bathroom added on to what was previously a dormitory room or similar. Barely functional, cramped, and poor quality - it flooded twice.

The breakfast is not bad. Too expensive (€ 145 per night) for a two star hotel.

It was 4 star cost for 2 star accomadation. The breakfast was unacceptable, considering the price . It was very noisy, but we had to keep the window shut due to the traffic noise.

The staffs of the hotel are excellent. The location is great as well, and the hotel offers the transport card for free. The only inconvenience is that there is no air-condition in the hotel, especially it was the hotest day in Genève when we were there, 35 degree...The room was on fire...

There was a problem with the advance payment which was blocked by you was debited my account by my Bank in Egypt.I Am tryinh to protest in writing and will let you know the results.Sorry for this comment.Another point is I was a single occupant for 4 nights but the Hotel charged me dor double room accupancy. But no regrets please.

I thought it was good value for money. I had a quiet room on the courtyard which I requested. The service was helpful and efficient. The mattress on the bed was really hard and not very comfortable. Some of the guests came in at 4 a.m. and made a great deal of noise in the passage!

Friendly staff, convenient location, accurate rooms. Useful detail - electric tea kettle in the room, coffee and tea bags! You can make yourself a cup of tea or coffee without going out. Nice place.

I loved the location and the proximity to the tram. Pax was also only one tram ride to the train station for us. It was easy to go down town shopping and pop back to deliver the items and hop back on the tram again. This was good value because the tram rides were free to us. Also the staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. No question was too much to answer and that was lovely. They were most welcoming.

Not much. Price compared to other hotels in Geneva. Room smelled. Dirty stained carpet. Door looked like it had been forced in before. Very bad value for money.

The location was excellant for public transportation and walking to most of the tourists sites. You could actually walk down the block and see the famous fountain. We left very early, in the dark, but felt completely safe. Staff very nice & helpful, spoke english!!

Centrally located so good for shopping. Multiple tram stop closeby. Hotel proprieter very competent, professional with excellent English, very helpful. My single room had a double bed. Double key arrangement interesting! (one key fits room, replaced by another lighter version which plugs into what could be likened to an old style phone exchange) to take when you go out! Bathroom tiny (overweight person would not fit in stall); my shower drainage didn't work (blocked) but proprieter advised Hotel is to be renovated in November. Lack of soundproofing (TV in next door room very audible). Further from Airport than others (CHF48 taxi fare). A CHF 20 taxi ride from GenevaTrain Station (luggage too heavy to go by Tram).
