Management and staff very helpful and friendly. Location is central to wherever you wish to visit.Generous size room with clean bathroom.breakfast was enjoyable. Their free public transport card for trams, buses and ferries,was a excellent surprise as it made exploring the city and surrounding areas very easy.The hotel is in the process or being upgraded,we will definitely stay there again on our next visit

I loved this hotel. It is not a 5 stars hotel but the the ubication is great!! the people of the hotel are great and they help you on everything!! another thing to tell is that when you get to the hotel they give you a ticket for the transportation so you don't have to pay anything and you are free to use the transportation you want.

Good staff and clean room,close to the bus station. Especially it includes the breakfast. The room has kettle.

The shower was very small, probably typical of a two star hotel.

Centrally located so good for shopping. Multiple tram stop closeby. Hotel proprieter very competent, professional with excellent English, very helpful. My single room had a double bed.

Double key arrangement interesting! (one key fits room, replaced by another lighter version which plugs into what could be likened to an old style phone exchange) to take when you go out! Bathroom tiny (overweight person would not fit in stall); my shower drainage didn't work (blocked) but proprieter advised Hotel is to be renovated in November. Lack of soundproofing (TV in next door room very audible). Further from Airport than others (CHF48 taxi fare). A CHF 20 taxi ride from GenevaTrain Station (luggage too heavy to go by Tram).

Desk attendant was very helpful -- and spoke excellent English, which was important to us.

Breakfast coffee was inferior.

The staffs of the hotel are excellent. The location is great as well, and the hotel offers the transport card for free.

The only inconvenience is that there is no air-condition in the hotel, especially it was the hotest day in Genève when we were there, 35 degree...The room was on fire...

Very good for a 2 star hotel

No complaints as this only 2 star hotel

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I arrived late but the reception told me not to worry as they didn't close until all the guests had checked in. Free tea and coffee in the room was nice. Also the hotel was less than a minutes walk away from the tram stop to get into the city centre. I was at a conference, most people I spoke to paid more than me so its good value for Geneva.

Calm and quiet hotel away from te 'downtown noise'

this is more hostel than a hotel. Everything is very old and ramshackle. First is the smell that you usually can meet in hostels. The rooms are small and uncomfortable, bath cabin suits for very small and tiny people only, the double bed is very small.

Old but clean hotel in good order. Value for money, nice helpful staff, pleasant breakfast. Only drawback as ever early morning noise from the shower next to my room. Earplugs the way through. Travel card given with room covered trams buses trains and so saved 15chf makes the deal very good value.
