Hotel Phoenix  

Perfection.

The bar, the fireplace, the cosy swiss rooms, the friendly staff, the welcome drink. All amazing!

Clean and modern hotel. Tastefully decorated. Very happy with our room which had an excellent Matterhorn view. Luxury bedroom furnishings and comfortable beds. Good location, only 10 minutes to village centre or Sunnegga lift station.

A couple of minor issues. We were given one small bottle of shampoo/shower gel (combined) to last two people for three nights. Very surprised that it was not replaced each day. A glass used on the first night was not replaced until the third day. Maybe more attention to detail is required on room service. Breakfast is a cold buffet only. I have stayed in many hotels in Zermatt and there is usually at least one hot option, not at the Phoenix.

The staff are very nice and friendly. Although it's a bit far from the town but very peaceful and Matterhorn view. Excellent hotel for relaxing.

Only the lobby have wifi.

- Staff was very helpful and friendly - Hotel was new and nice design - You can see Matterhorn from your balcony on the sunny day - Breakfast was good

- Walk from train station with the luggage in the winter was a bit too much so using taxi might be a better idea

So cozy! The lobby lounge area had a nice bar and lots of couches. The fire was blazing, there were little snacks on the tables, and it was snowing outside. It was perfect! The room was super nice, with a balcony and one of the most comfortable beds I have had in a hotel stay. Breakfast was lovely. Top notch all around! I have already booked my next stay and will stay there every time I go to Zermatt.

The room was more than expected, very comfortable and good views. Breakfast was excellent. Very strongly recommend this hotel.

It's a small but cute hotel. As it is new (2008) the rooms are modern and clean. We could bring our pet, which is not always the case.

Well, If I kust says, something, I could say thatmis like 15 minutes walking from the main street.

The hotel is fairly new. The deluxe rooms had terraces and a magnificent bay window view of the Matterhorn Great location on hillside over looking zermatt You could not ask for anything else on a resort hotel

Very good location, nice breakfast, small sauna and great views of the nearby Eiger and Jungfrau.

Prices are high at the moment in Switzerland.

The hotel was lovely with a very helpful staff. Breakfast was very good.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome.Our room was lager than we expected and spotlessly clean and had a quality feel about it.Our included breakfast was simple but tasty.The staff were always happy and obliging.

Charming small hotel. Nicely designed and quite new. Rooms are comfortable and pleasant. Staff is very friendly and exceptionally helpful. A nice relaxing place to stay while skiing. They did everything except keep my legs from hurting from all the exercise.

приветливый персонал, всегда старались помочь и сделать отдых приятнее. большой номер с панорамным окном и видом на маттерхорн! удобная большая кровать, отличное постельное белье. есть комната для хранения спортивного инвентаря. бар, камин каждый вечер.

не всегда делалась хорошо уборка в номере (пыль на вытяжке в ванной комнате, на спинке кровати; после того, как закончился гель-шампунь, поменяли только на третий день). отсутствие полотенцесушителя и радиаторов обогрева, что на горнолыжном курорте очень плохо - негде сушить одежду. отсутствие минихолодильника - приходилось класть купленные в небольшом количестве продукты к окну в ванной комнате. отсутствие, как таковых, гигиенических косметических средств - только одно мыльце и маленький пузырек с гелем для душа (он же шампунь). на завтраке порционно приносили только по два-три яйца (в смятку) - видимо, чтобы много не съели. отсутствие банной зоны отдыха (сауна, гидромассажная ванна и т.д.) - приходилось ходить в другие отели за деньги (для гостей время там ограничено - только до 16.00)

Le style de l'hôtel et la décoration sont très agréable.

Trop chaud dans la chambre. Absence d'une bouilloire pour se faire un thé, café ou infusion.

Très belle vue du Cervin depuis la chambre à coucher. Un Délicieux et varié petit-déjeuner est proposé. Lobby avec cheminée très convivial pour boire un verre.

La chambre était très bien aménagée. Vue magnifique sur le Cervin. Hôtel bien entretenu et bien agencé.

Das Design, die Sauberkeit, die Einfachheit und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter. Lage in ist auch gut.
