The free parking was a real bonus in Locarno. I would have struggled to find the hotel without the aid of a sat nav. |

Yes. The hotel managers did not read message about needing an extra bed at the additional price. The hotel then charged for a triple room at 190chf instead of the 160 + 20 chf as advertised on the internet. (Triple was not an option) |

The staff were able to fit an extra bed in the small room so that all four of us (two adults and two small children) could sleep there, but the rooms were really to small for a family. Very small rooms, very hot (no A/C). |

Good breakfast, simple room, firm bed Unfortunately, our room was right next to the street, eventhough there weren't many cars but it was enough passing by that you could hear every single one since the window is facing right into the street. |

The hotel staff were very friendly, the breakfast was generous, the room was larger than I expected. Located in a quiet area. Needs more parking, a little far from the center if your traveling by foot. |
