Good bathroom, clean, nice staff!
Terribel soft bed. 1 pillow, large as the bed. A small sitting chair, perhaps?
Our stay was so great that we stayed longer and can't wait to go back
Brilliant staff....great view...very clean!!
Location is the best in town as you can see the view of the bridge from your room.
There is no reception, so I would not really recommend to traveller who wish to check in at the morning because they do not even allow you to get in the restaurant on first floor before 11 am.
Wi-Fi connection was very good. Good location, nice view. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
No breakfast included.
The rooms facing the river have a beautiful view over the famous Kapell bridge, the KKL, the lake with he alps in the back. Even though the hotel does not provide breakfast, they work together with hotels and restaurants around where you can get good breakfast.
It is near from the Luzern's train station and landmark.
It is made noise when neighbored room shut the door.
Location is excellent! Window is amazing (4th floor) Tea pot in the room Staff is friendly
breakfast is not included no fridge in the room
The room is very clean and I enjoyed the view every morning when I woke up. The location is very convenient. The staff are nice and they have service mind.
The view from our room is beautiful. We have everything we need in the room and it is very near from the station.
Close to the train station. Staff very friendly.
Location,view from the room.
The view of the old bridge from the window and its location close to everything. Great staff, beer and food in a nice Pub atmosphere. No noise despite we were above the Pub. Close to the train station, the lake and the old town.
the room wasn't very big.
Location was nice. Room was big enough for two people.
Room heater was not good.
Strategic location which near to train station about 5mins walk.
Location right on river and close to train station.
No "front desk". Having to check in at bar - was noisy and crowded. Sitting chairs in the room were very simple and uncomfortable. During a soccer game the television noise level was awful and the bar was so crowded that I couldn't get the attention of the staff for a question.
difficult to talk the reception , and no information about the town.
The registration setup is a bit odd, what with the bar staff performing checkin duties. It's also a bit confusing to people as to where and how checkin is completed. Also, it can get pretty noisy if your room is at the front of the building due to loud bar patrons at the outside tables. It would be nice if the staff were able to help keep the noise down. Other than that, the hotel is a good value and conveniently located with a friendly and responsive staff.
I booked a twin room, for one person, and was pleased with its size. The view of the bridge is excellent. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was large and modern.
The staff was friendly, but the hotel above the pub feels like an afterthought and finding someone to ask a question of wasn't easy.
the Location is excellent
Location was beautiful!! View from our room (301) was fantastic as we'll. Short and easy walk to train station across bridge. Slept with window open and enjoyed listening to the faint sound of music below. Easy walking to sites and shopping. Many great restaurants close by.
Pub food was expensive. We each had a burger and shared fries and a bottle of water, all for about $52. Maybe that's typical for pub food?? Spent less on our amazing hour boat ride around the lake.
I liked the location over looking the lake. The staff were very friendly and could speak and understand English.
Close to city, great view of the wooden bridge, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms recently renovated and functional.
Parking off-site was expensive Was a little difficult to find the hotel even with GPS - and not so clear how to drop off the luggage (ie have to drive into a restricted pedestrian/service vehicle area).
