The hotel is very clean and very well located near the Schauspielhaus. The room was nicely furnished and was very comfortable. The desk clerks were very helpful in answering our questions (in excellent English), particularly the one on duty on the morning of Oct. 19. Your hotel was recommended to us by an actor at the Schauspielhaus and we would be happy to recommend it to anybody.

Proximity to university and quietness Triumph of design over practicality: 1 very low beds which were hard to get out of. 2. timber plinth which was easy to knock your ankles on. 3.No power points at reasonable height, making it virtually impossible to use the iron. 4 virtually no storage space. 5. Uncomfortable chairs. No air conditioning or ceiling fans (not a problem on my stay but could be). Small desk. Extremely expensive for what it offered

Pleasant street. Many nice customers linked to the near-by universities and hospital, no arrogant business people. Tram station close, tram frequency excellent, and Central train station only 5 minutes away. High room ceilings. The renovation of the hotel was made on the cheap, not on first class Swiss standards. Noise from upper floors - steps etc - disturbing for light sleepers. Rooms small. Room rate relatively high. Even in expensive Zurich there are better bargains. Restaurant prices too high. Bar lounge prices O.K.

Really nice hotel, stayed for 3 weeks, room was nice, they put a small fridge in my room for free, big bathroom, quiet area close to everywhere, friendly and helpful staff - highly recommended.

Hve stayed here before.Excellent location, good value for Zurich, nice size rooms which are very comfortable. Friendly staff. Small cosy bar for snacks and drinks, locals drop in for coffee and a beer. Pleasant Italian restaurant enjoyed for dinner.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. The location was great, less than 10 minutes walking from the old city. We had a parking place next to the hotel. The bathroom was perfect, but small. The door of the bathroom did not give 100% privacy.

De ligging: erg rustig. Het receptiepersoneel was attent en vriendelijk. Ruime kamer De prijs, maar dat blijkt een algemeen probleem van Zurich. Het bed was te hard. Een van de radiatoren kon niet uit waardoor de kamer te warm was. Kleine badkamer Het is weliswaar een designhotel, maar dan 1980
