The two reciption ladies were so nice and helpful.

The savage faces of resturant cooks which you see every morning will make your full day so miserable. The two bad women who were preparing the bufet brakefast are inconvenient for such job. Further more, the cooking smell was comming over our room which was dusturbing us all the time, even though I asked the reciption to find a solution for this smell but she said i can not do any thing for you. Strongly, i do not recommend this hotel for any body, for me i will not come this hotel again even if they offer it free.

This was a great little hotel over a very good restaurant. It was centrally located just a couple of blocks from the train station. It was geared to the hiker and tourist that wants to take advantage of the Jungfrau area. The room was adequate, but the shower was very small and would be difficult for individual that might have trouble getting in and out. There was no lift and all the rooms were on the 2nd and 3rd floors. This would not be a good hotel for someone who has trouble with stairs. We were there with our adult daughter who loved her single room with it's balcony overlooking the mountains and the main street. Our room was nice airy with a very small bathroom and shower . The sink was in the bedroom. It all worked, however. It was a good room. The breakfast was very nice with the usual delicious homemade breads and croissants, meats and cheeses and cereals and hard boiled eggs, and fruit juices. If you wanted they would make scrambled or fried eggs for you. The breakfast staff was a bit aloof, but I'm not sure they spoke any English. The owner and his wife were delightful, helpful and very friendly. We loved our stay, would highly recommend it and would stay there again.

We really didn't have any complaints. It isn't a luxury hotel, but is very functional and we really enjoyed it.

Very nice mountain view from the room, comfortable with coin washing machine in the hotel. Hotel is not far from train station.

Excellent and very helpful staff. A great value for either a personal leasure or business stay in and around the Interlaken area. Will attempt to stay there again when we return to that area.

Clean and comforatble. Location is excellent!!! Staff are really nice and helpful. They have everything you need: great lounge with fire place, free wi-fi and laptop at the lounge and even books. Will definitely go back there.

We stayed at PH for 2 nights en route to Italy. It was relatively good value(everything in Switzerland is expensive), and a convenient location for Interlaken and the local area. The restaurant was good.

Parking was a problem, possibly because we were there at a busy time, and the hotel's limited car park was full.

It's situation for Interlaken was excellent. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an economical hotel in that part of Switzerland. Staff and service were excellent - couldn't fault it. Will happily use if ever near there again. Good value for money.

The in-house restaurant is not part of the hotel - seperate payments - (not to be added to/on your hotel bill !!) Inconvenient.

The bed is not cosy. Room is small. Not easy to find.

Hotel is located very near to Interlaken West station. Its old hotel but maintenaied very well. Nice view from balcony and friendly staff.
