The room was a good size, clean, and we had a lovely porch looking at the mountains. Breakfast was also pretty decent. There was rarely anybody at the reception desk. |

Very swiss like hotel stay with good decor and funishings. The breakfast is good and the room is comfortable and cosy. The rate is alittle pricey. |

Again a very well restored old Swiss chalet hotel. Pleasant reception and breakfast staff. Car parking at door. Good location in the town, and near a very good restaurant |

Location is good, near to Bank, Coop, Post office. Easily find parking place. Staff at the reception often absent. |

Position of Hotel was good. Easy to use public transport and not too far away from the railway station Bathroom was too small. I did not like the pokey little shower and the fact that you had to step beside the toilet to get dried. Could not get the tv to go louder. |

The whole set up of the hotel gives an old traditional look and feel. Also it is very close to the interlaken West train station and makes it easy to catch the other tourist attractions. |

The staff is very friendly. The room was large, attractive and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and offered a good variety of foods. The hotel is very convenient to the Interlaken West train station which was nice for day excursions to other attractions. It was quiet and relaxing. |

Wonderful and clean room with very nice staff. I would give it a thumbs up for everything. There was a small thing though tht we didnt like. The wash basin was in the room and it had two separate taps for cold and hot water, but no provision for semi cold water. But in all it was gr8. The view was amazing. The breakfast was pretty good. This hotel was immaculate and comfortable. The accomodations were simple yet cozy. Friendly staff and affordable price. Definitely recommend. The bar/restaurant downstairs was a bit noisy at night. |

Not bad breakfast. Near from Interaken Ost Station(about 1.3km). I arrived there at 12:00 PM but the reception plainly angered. Poor rest room. Small parking lot(You must book if you need it). And I strongly recommend that you pay by not EUR but CHF. I paid by EUR, but the exchange rate was very poor(133CHF=110EUR) |

The view from the room was fabulous. The carpet was a little worn and ripped. Great breakfast. Restaurant on site... food was wonderful.. good value for price. Room a little too small for the price!!!! |

When I came on reception was cleaning woman, she didn't speak English, poor breakfest and not comfortable room. The price of this hotel corresponds 2 stars (max.70 Euros, not 99 Euros). They didn't reflect my request to have room with balcony. |
