It was very clean, common rooms were friendly and comfortably, fire, tv & Internet access. The hotel is older, but immaculate, children loved the breakfast and large spacious rooms. Direction to hotel needs to be more specific. Get off at Interlaken East train station, walk to end of platform towards railway crossing, turn left at the railway crossing walking about 150m, over two bridges and passing a coop restaurant. After about 4 streets, turn right into street (?name). Hotel is third building on left hand side. |

Rugged Alpine feel. Breakfast was very nice, All rooms are advertized as 'non smoking' yet the smoke from the bar seemed to be funneled through the room. It took 52 steps to carry the luggage up to the 3rd floor room. No lighting in the hall. Needed flashlight to find keyhole. Bathrooms VERY small. poor lighting. Too little pillows. Kitchen staff very rumpy.Reception staff was VERY little help. Made us feel as if we were interupting them. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is picture postcard perfect from the exterior and very comfortable (though small rooms) on the inside. The availability of a free internet service with laptop in the hotel lounge was a great plus point. An elevator in the hotel is always handy if you are a mature aged couple and your rooms are on the upper floors. |

View from balcony directly to Yungfrau. Cleanliness and helpful staff. Great assistance in working out the best way to see the mountaion and glaciers.Quiet location yet so close to all facilities. Forget about pre arranging a car park. spaces in front of holel available for guests or restrauant patrons. first in best dressed. city undergroung parking near by but is expensive and a pain when unloading and loadind the car. |

States on the web sight there are spectacular views of the Eiger, Monch and the Jungfrau. It is impossible to see the Eiger, which was the reason for the booking. Very disappointed at this. Everything else was very good. |

Hotel restaurant cheerful, friendly and good value. Home made cheese at breakfast. Peaceful location (Unterseen) though within easy walk of Interlaken centre. |

The room was beautiful and clean. The hotel is near to restaurants, pubs, shops and bus/train Interlaken West station. This hotel is near to Interlaken West station and the station where leaves all important trains is Interlaken Ost, so you have to go to the other station every time you want to travel by train. Breakfast doesn't include any fruit and there isn't many variety. |

Near the center. Free internet with ability to burn pictures on cd. Though breakfast was poor, they prepared personal scrambled eggs for each guest according to request. No elevator. Very poor breakfast. Very small bathroom |
